The Key Technology Research And System Development Of The Integrated Mapping System For Aeronautical Information Services(AIS) Based On ArcGIS

As important intelligence data,aeronautical charts are related to the operation process of aircraft entering,leaving and approaching.At this stage,aeronautical chart production is basically completed by flight program designers with the assistance of Auto CAD and other auxiliary design tools in a semi-automatic way,and a large number of drawing processes still need to be completed manually.From the drawing of "points,lines and planes" to the filling of aviation data and the overall arrangement of aeronautical map elements,manual adjustments are required.The above drawing methods not only have low drawing efficiency,but also have the risk of "mistakes and forgets",so it is particularly necessary to study an automatic drawing software.This thesis attempts to use the GIS platform to realize the automatic generation of aerial maps based on data-driven;by constructing the aeronautical map database and developing the drawing software based on Arc GIS Engine,the thesis realizes the database definition of the aeronautical map elements,and the symbolization of the composition elements.Drawing of the platform.On the basis of the automatically generated aeronautical charts,the automatic layout algorithm and model of the labels and labels of the aeronautical chart elements are further studied,and the sparse processing of the intersecting or overlapping drawing elements is realized,so as to achieve the purpose of drawing a standard aeronautical chart.Finally,take the departure procedure of an airport in Northeast China as an example to verify the drawing,including the instrument departure map generation module,layout view,data view functions,etc.,the drawing effect is displayed.The Civil Aviation Administration officially released the NAIP data to ensure that the system draws and verifies the correctness of the data.Evaluate the completeness,correctness and rationality of the drawn aeronautical charts to prove the significance of the research.
