With the increasingly rapid development of globalization,the scope and depth of international scientific cooperation are also expanding and deepening.Carrying out international scientific research cooperation has a positive impact on the exploration and innovation of new fields,the solution of major global issues and the exploration of the unknown world,as well as the enhancement of scientific and technological innovation capacity and the enhancement of national comprehensive strength.In addition,the promotion of international scientific research cooperation is indispensable for the establishment of an innovation-oriented country,the building of a world scientific and technological power,the enhancement of China's scientific research and innovation strength and the enhancement of its international voice.As the main outcome of national scientific research cooperation,it is of great significance to explore the topological structure and network evolution characteristics of international scientific research cooperation papers to promote the topological optimization of international scientific research cooperation papers.Geography,topology theory knowledge is applied in this article,using the methods of complex networks,topology analysis on international cooperation in scientific research papers of the country,co-author institutions and disciplines of evolution,network topology structure,etc,to carry out the research,and on this basis,further discusses the structure,the distribution characteristics of international cooperation in scientific research papers.1.This paper analyzes the productivity and cooperation of scientific research based on the international scientific research cooperation level of the top 15 countries from 2000 to 2018 in WoS database.The analysis finds that China's international scientific research productivity takes the lead with the absolute growth trend.Although international cooperation in scientific research is also improving,there is still a certain gap between developed countries.2.The spatial-temporal evolution analysis of international cooperative research papers taking highly cited cooperative papers in the field of environment as an example shows that the spatial-temporal evolution of international cooperative research papers has uneven distribution in time and space.At the continental level,the main contribution to the Americas,Europe and the Asia-pacific region;The rate of international scientific research cooperation is most prominent in Europe.Although the rate of international scientific research cooperation in the Asia-pacific region has been improved,there is still a large room for growth compared with that in Europe and the America.3.Based on the analysis of geographical topological structure,this paper proposes the rules and methods for the construction of topological structure of international scientific research cooperation papers.According to the analysis of geographical topological structure,the density and average degree of the global scientific research cooperation network are increasing,the clustering coefficient of the international scientific research cooperation network is also increasing compared with the random network,and the characteristics of the small world of the international scientific research cooperation network are becoming more and more typical.In the analysis of the spatial pattern,it can be found that the distribution of countries in the international scientific research cooperation network is uneven.The "one superpower" dominated by the United States gradually develops into the "three pillars" of North America,the European Union and the Asia-pacific,and gradually develops into the "multi-strength" balanced distribution pattern.Based on the above research results,this paper argues that the center of the international research collaboration is beneficial to promote international cooperation in scientific research,cooperation should be better integrated into the international research network should actively play their own advantages and actively participate in the international scientific research cooperation network,continue to increase the openness of the international research collaboration,better use of international cooperation to improve their scientific research strength,realize the maximization of Shared knowledge,resources,and platform in the world.
