At present, climate change has become a fact beyond dispute. The average temperature of the whole world has raised up by 0.8 degrees centigrade than the standard that has calculated since 1750. Since the industrial era, Human have been emitting greenhouse gas to atmospheric. Various fossil fuels have been taken as fuel and raw material in industrial era, all of which emitted greenhouse gas to atmospheric. Concentration of greenhouse gas gives rise to imbalance of global heat. Temperature rise year by year, extreme weather phenomena emerge increasingly. These have caused a lot of adverse effects on environment for the survival of humanity, and warned human's future development.Countries in the world have paid attention to this problem, and also jointed together to confront the challenge of climate change. "Kyoto Protocol" is the achievement that human endeavored to reduce emission of greenhouse gas. But this process is not smooth, international climate cooperation are besetting with difficulties. Undertaking reliability is in dispute between countries, developing countries have more and more conflict with developed countries, which lead to stagnation of cooperation.The main content of this article includes following parts: in the first chapter, it will introduce main content,the degree of severity and possible adverse consequences; in the second chapter, it will elaborate progress of international cooperation in climate change, which includes detailed circumstances and lots of resistance; in the third chapter, to use relevant theory to analyze problems in the process of climate cooperation's; at last, in the basis of the above-mentioned study, to apply theory of international regime to instruct international cooperation in the field of climate with a view to reducing or overcome the unfavorable factors in the process of cooperation, which make international cooperation become possible and smooth.
