Forest resources are important natural resources on land,which not only provide important economic support for human production and life,but also have positive significance for protecting the ecological environment and maintaining biodiversity.With the development of drones,photogrammetry and 3S technology,the investigation and management methods of forest resources have been continuously improved,and a series of forestry GIS platforms have been formed.Most of the forestry GIS systems established in China are developed for a certain demand in a specific region.Although the calculation accuracy the system is high,the functional modules are relatively single,the system and the field forest resource survey are poorly connected,and the system universality is weak.This study selects Visual Studio 2015 as the development platform,uses ArcGIS Engine component GIS as the development tool,uses Geodatabase and SQL server to organize the management database,finally,the forest resource measurement calculation and management system established.The system includes user management module,GIS basic operation module,UAV forest resource measurement calculation module,ground photogrammetry forest resource measurement calculation module,ground regular forest resource measurement calculation module,forest resource management module,forest growth prediction module,forest management decision module and display and output module,so the functional modules of the system are relatively complete.For the various forest resource survey methods,the system provides corresponding parameter extraction methods to maximize seamless integration of system and field survey methods.Using national data to fit stand biomass model,limit growth model,logarithmic growth model,relative growth model and stand growth model can not only predict stand biomass and carbon storage in different parts of the country,but also predict the change of individual tree DBH,tree height with age and the relationship between the change of tree DBH and site environment,so the system has strong universality,and it is convenient for forestry managers to grasp the law of forest dynamic change and provide basis for forest tending,thinning,rotation and other management activities.Two-dimensional and three-dimensional display analysis realizes the visual display of forest resources and plays an auxiliary role in forest resource management decision-making.Forest management decisions such as selective cutting and management of natural coniferous-broad-leaved mixed forest and calculation of optimal rotation period will help to maximize the economic,ecological and social benefits of forest trees and contribute to the sustainable development of forest ecosystems.In order to verify the feasibility of the UAV forest resource measurement calculation module and the forest resource management module,the aerial image area of Mentougou was divided into 27 Subcompartment.The topographic factors and single tree parameters were extracted for each subcompartment through the system,and average DBH,average height,tree density,stock,stand biomass and carbon storage of trees were estimated in each subcompartment,which provides a basis for comprehensive evaluation of tree growth in each subcompartment and decision-making of forest management.The accuracy of stand information extraction in forest resources survey module of ground photogrammetry was verified.Compared with the wooden ruler method,the absolute error of the average DBH was 0.3cm,the relative error was 1.83%,the absolute error of plant density was-14 plants/hm2,the relative error was-1.51%,the absolute error of the accumulation was 8.39m3,and the relative error was 7.52%.
