In recent years,with the rising of tourism industry in our country,the aquarium and marine theme park industry has a bright future,but at the same time,a series of problems have also emerged and have affected the sustainable development of this industry.All kinds of signs show that the large-scale restructuring and integration of China's aquarium and marine theme park industry has begun quietly,and the pattern of the industry is facing a major reshuffle.For aquariums that are at the critical juncture of life and death,decisions must be made either to rise or to exit the market.For industry leaders,restructuring and consolidation may be a rare opportunity for expansion,but it is a cruel challenge for most urban aquarium companiesBeijing Aquarium is also facing good opportunities and severe challenges.This article takes the famous theory of strategic management expert Michael Porter as the main theoretical basis.First of all,it makes a preliminary analysis of the development status of the marine theme park industry.At the same time,it analyzes the operating characteristics,competition level of the marine theme park industry in China and the major competitors in order to find out the key success factors ofthe development in the industry,and put forward the path to improving the core competitiveness of marine theme parks from the aspects of operating characteristics,researching education,brand awareness and diversified development.Then based on the analysis of the internal resources and competitive advantages of the Beijing Aquarium,the overall strategic concept of the Beijing Aquarium was put forward.That is,the strategic positioning of the Beijing Aquarium is achieved through the implementation of the business innovation strategy,the "dual branch" strategy,the differentiation strategy,and the diversification strategyIn the process of elaborating and demonstrating the development strategy of the Beijing Aquarium,this article focuses on clarifying the effective ways to strengthen the corporate competitiveness of the company from two aspects:the differentiation strategy and the diversification strategy.By constructing a combination of core business,value-added business and seed business,we will enhance our corporate competitiveness and the management efficiency.Finally,the main countermeasures and specific measures for the correct implementation strategy are put forward:innovating management models,optimizing marketing strategies,constructing cooperation platforms,integrating internal resources,and optimizing profit models.
