Study On Ecological Security Of Resource-based Region

Resource-based areas are closely related to nature because of their own development characteristics.Over-exploitation of human resources leads to serious depletion of resources and degradation of ecosystem functions,which leads to serious ecological security problems.Taking Shanxi Province as an example of resource-based region,this paper studies the ecological security of Shanxi Province from the point of view of systematic synthesis,which is guided by objective consciousness and problem consciousness,and combines Engels' "view of nature",and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Shanxi Province,as an all-round demonstration area of energy reform,has become an urgent task to solve the ecological security problem.This paper combines Engels' view of nature with the practical problems of Shanxi Province,and tries to provide theoretical reference and guidance for solving the ecological security problems in Shanxi Province.Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation and deficiency of Engels' "view of nature" at home and abroad,the related theories of resource-based regional development at home and abroad,the reasons of ecological security problems at home and abroad,and the specific subjects.That is,the factors related to ecological security problems in resource-based areas-" Research progress of resource curse at home and abroad.Secondly,the main contents and basic characteristics of Engels' View of Nature,the definition and development characteristics of resource-based regions,the connotation of ecological security and the characteristics of ecological security problems are analyzed after clarifying the research methods and writing logic of this paper.Then,the problems and reasons of ecological security in Shanxi Province,a typical resource-based region,are analyzed.The construction of ecological civilization in Shanxi Province has achieved remarkable results in improving the environmental quality,but Shanxi Province is still facing the dilemma of ecological security that resources are on the verge of bankruptcy and pollution is serious.The article further points out that the resource-based regions should be fully combined with each other.Engels' view of nature,from this angle of view,carries on the transformation reform,solves the ecological security problem and pays attention to the ecological security necessity and the significance.It further demonstrates its important theoretical and practical value.On this basis,from the government,enterprises and the public level to find out the way to solve the problem,try to return the theory to practice,guide practice,finally lead Shanxi Province out of the ecological security dilemma.
