Engels’ Scientific View And Its Contemporary Value

Science and technology is the great cause of mankind and the symbol of human civilization.Science and technology has changed the relationship between man and nature,man and man,and accelerated social development from politics,economy,culture and other aspects.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the total number of new scientific discoveries and technological inventions is more than the total number of development achievements made in the past few thousand years.In today’s world,the competition among countries is actually the competition of science and technology among countries.If we want to be invincible in the competition,we must vigorously develop science and technology.With the development of productive forces,the combination of science and technology is becoming closer and closer,and the role of Science in economic and social development is becoming more and more important.Engels attached great importance to the development of science.He thought deeply about the dialectical development of natural science and the relationship between man and nature,which can still give us profound enlightenment today.In this paper,based on historical materialism and dialectical materialism,the unity of logic and history method,systematically summing up and refining Engels’ scientific view,summarizes the main content of Engels’ scientific view,deeply excavates the basic spirit and internal meaning of Engels’ scientific view,and reveals the contemporary value of Engels’ scientific view.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter discusses the social background and theoretical basis of Engels’ scientific view.The second chapter starts from the logical starting point of Engels’ scientific view,mainly summarizes the basic concept of Engels’ scientific view and the social role of Science in Engels’ vision,refines the philosophical interpretation of Engels’ scientific view,and further excavates the internal meaning of Engels’ scientific view by discussing the protection of Engels’ scientific thought to realism,which is a new attempt to study Engels’ scientific view.The third chapter deeply excavates the contemporary value of Engels’ scientific view.Under the guidance of Marxism,we should deeply reflect on the difficulties brought by science under the epidemic situation,avoid the harm and disaster brought by science,and realize the sustainable development of nature,science and human beings;under the guidance of Marxism,we should cultivate scientific and technological talents with "Marxist scientific characteristics",so as to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Engels’ view of science is a theoretical system with vitality and keeping pace with the times.Although it is more than 100 years ago,it is still not out of date.Many genius arguments about science are still shining with the flame of truth.It is not only the ideological source of Sinicization of Marxism,but also the philosophical basis for us to practice the "two mountains" theory and build an innovative modern socialist country,It has important practical value for the development and progress of society.Therefore,a systematic understanding of the basic spirit and internal meaning of Engels’ scientific view can provide theoretical guidance for the formulation of scientific policies in China and help to establish a sound scientific theoretical system in China.It is of great guiding significance to promote the development of science,build an innovative country and take the road of independent innovation.
