In recent years,the research on relationship marketing has become more and more comprehensive.It has been derived from traditional relationship marketing to various aspects.It is suitable for the research methods in various industries.It combines relationship marketing with various disciplines and forms various kinds of research theories based on relationship marketing,but different from relationship marketing.The mathematical relationship marketing system studied in this paper is to establish the necessary relationship between mathematical model and marketing theory through mathematical modeling,theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and other steps,so as to provide more accurate guidance and analysis.This paper mainly studies the theory and application of two kinds of mathematical relationship marketing system.The first part introduces the mathematical relationship marketing system with no aftereffect response.Taking the typical homogeneous Poisson marketing system as an example,this paper makes a concrete study on its customer behavior index,customer life value,customer marginal value and so on.The second part introduces two kinds of specific selves.The stimulated response mathematical relationship marketing system is a self-stimulated stagnation recovery marketing system and a limited aftereffect marketing system.The customer behavior indicators are studied,and its specific application is further studied.In the research of customer lifetime value and customer marginal value of homogeneous Poisson marketing system,the customer marginal value of customer lifetime value is calculated by termination parameter and response rate,and the special function is taken as numerical example to study customer lifetime value in detail.Finally,numerical simulation is carried out to optimize and optimize marketing expenditure;in the self-excited stagnation recovery marketing system,the average response times and conditional probability when stagnation time is a constant,and the conditional probability when stagnation time obeys the exponential distribution and uniform distribution of parameters,and the last case is simulated by numerical examples;when the stagnation time is limited,the conditional probability is calculated.In an effective marketing system,the distribution function and density of customer response interval,failure rate and retention rate are obtained.Finally,the average response intensity and the average life of customers are obtained.The research of these customer indicators can better quantify various marketing systems and make the research more simple and direct.The evolution between customers and companies in a specific marketing system market can be analyzed by using numerical images.It can well combine practical application,find out the inherent law of mathematical relationship marketing system and use it for research guidance.
