Along with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,the urbanization process continues to accelerate,and the contradiction between urban architecture and urban landscaping has gradually become prominent,making the use of water resources a key issue in urban development.Urban landscaping plays an important role in improving the city's taste and creating a beautiful urban environment.However,in terms of urban landscaping and water use in Xiamen,there is a large amount of water consumption.“Easy-saving”gardens have become the mainstream of landscaping development,and water conservation is also a key content.Located in the southeastern tip of Fujian Province,Xiamen city is located on the southeast coast and is densely populated.It is one of the first four special economic zones in China to implement the policy of opening to the outside world.Xiamen city is poor in water resources,characterized by uneven spatial and temporal distribution and high degree of development and utilization.Especially in the macro-environment where economic development is accelerating,the water resources in Xiamen city have undergone corresponding changes in supply and demand relations and water consumption indicators,which has made the use of water resources in urban landscaping more difficult.According to the data of Xiamen municipal bureau of municipal landscapes,the urban gardening and greening water in Xiamen is mostly from tap water,and the utilization rate of reclaimed water is low.Some scholars have discussed the ways and methods of using rainwater resources in urban garden green space,but the urban garden water in Xiamen the overall use of resources remains to be studied.Based on the above understanding,this paper will use the scientific development concept theory,sponge city theory,and smart city theory as the cornerstone to fully explore the use of water resources in urban landscaping in Xiamen.This paper adopts four research methods:literature method,investigation method,qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method to systematically analyze the utilization of water resources in urban landscaping in Xiamen.The main investigations are as follows:1 Investigation on the current situation of water resources in urban landscaping in XiamenFirstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the status quo of water resources utilization in urban landscaping in Xiamen,focusing on water supply and drainage,rainwater reuse,advanced treatment,garden water standards and social cognition status,grasping the utilization of water resources in urban landscaping in Xiamen city;secondly,discuss the problems and causes of urban gardening and greening water resources utilization in Xiamen,and grasp the root causes of water resources utilization problems;thirdly,after the questionnaire survey,a suitable water resource recycling model was designed for the utilization problems and causes of water resources in urban landscaping in Xiamen.According to the survey,among the ten urban gardens in Xiamen,only a few gardens have set up professional water supply and drainage technical teams,which have relatively solid water supply and drainage technologies,and the utilization rate of rainwater and sewage is extremely low,about 0%-25%,Only one garden constructs an advanced processing system,most gardens strictly enforce garden water standards,but most landscaping workers are not aware of the serious problems of water resources,lack of water-saving awareness and environmental awareness.2 Problems and causes in the utilization of urban landscaping water resources in Xiamen cityThe research results show that the urban gardening and greening water resources in Xiamen have outstanding problems in the five aspects of water supply and drainage,rainwater reuse,advanced treatment,garden water standards and social cognition.The existence of these problems directly leads to the urban gardening water in Xiamen.Resource utilization is inefficient.In the final analysis,the importance of water resource utilization is not firmly grasped,the existing technical equipment is not updated in time,and laws and regulations are not perfect.3 Design of urban garden greening water resources recycling model in Xiamen cityBased on the theory of sponge city and the theory of smart city,combined with the current situation of Xiamen,the urban garden water resources utilization cycle model was designed.The model is divided into three levels to construct a three-level water resource circulation model.This paper divides the urban gardening and greening water resources in Xiamen into three levels and builds a three-level water resource recycling model.Among them,the first-level water resource recycling mode is to increase the“surface runoff water circulation”utilization link in the traditional water resource utilization mode,and collect the previously wasted water,such as excessive irrigation water,rain water,etc.,and set up drainage channels in the garden system.Through the natural slope,the rain-based water is concentrated into the storage tank to realize water reuse.The secondary water resource recycling model is based on the sponge city theory.The collecting wells are reasonably set in the landscaping system,and the special pipelines are introduced into the storage tanks,and the collected rainwater and sewage are simply cleaned and filtered,and reused for greening and watering.Improve the return water utilization rate.The third-level water resources recycling model is based on the recycling of secondary water resources.By adding an advanced treatment system in the park,the garden basic water and the urban gardens will be introduced into the garden to introduce some domestic wastewater into the garden for regular and quantitative deep treatment.After the garden water standard is used again for greening and watering,the three-level circulation mode minimizes the waste of water resources in landscaping and continuously promotes the utilization of water resources in landscaping.In addition,considering the scarcity of water resources in Xiamen and the large demand for water resources in urban landscaping,it is necessary to follow the principles of efficiency,feasibility and water conservation when constructing urban urban greening water resources recycling model.4 Measures to ensure the utilization of water resources in urban landscaping in Xiamen cityThe safeguard measures for urban gardening and greening water resources utilization in Xiamen are optimized from the following three aspects:policy system guarantee,technical equipment guarantee and capital talent guarantee.5 Countermeasures against the status quo and problems of water resources utilizationThrough the data analysis before and after the implementation of the test park,the test data for one year shows that the water saving rate of the experimental park reached 35.85%and the water reuse rate was about 32%,which is much higher than 0%-25%before implementation.Before the implementation of the three-level water resource recycling model,the annual water consumption of the experimental park was 39,600 tons,which was reduced to 25,400 tons after implementation.However,in the process,the demand for greening water has not decreased.It can be seen that this model has achieved remarkable results.Finally,based on the utilization environment of water resources in urban gardening and landscaping in Xiamen,the paper puts forward practical and feasible safeguard measures and suggestions,and provides practical reference for improving the utilization efficiency of urban gardening and water resources in Xiamen.Through investigation and research,this paper proposes five measures for the utilization of water resources in urban landscaping in Xiamen:First,improve the water supply and drainage system,detailed survey,reasonable planning,accurate construction,and reduce accidents.Second,the construction of rainwater and wastewater reuse mechanism,rainwater and sewage is an important part of the landscaping water cycle,which plays a key role in regulating and supplementing garden water resources.Third,to strengthen the depth of processing,the Xiamen municipal government should actively advocate urban garden managers to grasp the key points of advanced sewage treatment,actively respond to difficulties,actively learn from the advanced experience of other gardens in technology,and cooperate with professional sewage treatment companies,will do well Sewage treatment work as a key management task in the near stage.Fourth,actively implement water quality standards and strictly monitor greening water quality,which is beneficial to the reuse of water resources.Fifth,create an atmosphere of water conservation for all members,root the awareness of water conservation into people's hearts,and encourage all landscaping workers to establish a correct water-saving awareness,relocate to all aspects of landscaping water,effectively reduce the waste of water resources,and optimize the use of water resources in urban landscaping.In addition,the research in this paper finds that there is still room for improvement in the utilization of water resources in urban landscaping in Xiamen.It is urgent to cooperate with the government,the landscaping bureau,the garden itself and the public to find a reliable optimization plan in practice.Promote the steady improvement of the utilization rate of urban garden water resources.
