Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Marine Environmental Pollution In Fujian Province

With the progress of science and technology,the degree of exploitation and utilization of the ocean has been continuously enhanced,but the consciousness of protection of the marine environment has not been improved synchronously,and the relevant measures of protection of the marine environment are not in place,which has caused serious damage to the marine environment.Fujian's sea area is typical.On the one hand,it is an important part of China's oceans.It is located at the junction of the East China Sea and the South China Sea and adjacent to Taiwan,which has important strategic significance.On the other hand,with the sustained growth of Fujian's marine economy,its pollution problem has become increasingly prominent.Marine environmental pollution in Fujian Province not only affects the overall economic growth quality of Fujian Province,but also affects the quality of life of the people.To control marine environmental pollution and protect marine environment is conducive to the economic growth of Fujian Province and the survival and development of the people of Fujian Province.On the basis of summarizing the existing research of many scholars,this paper studies the influencing factors and Countermeasures of marine environmental pollution in Fujian Province based on public goods theory,externality theory and sustainable development theory.The content of this paper can be divided into three parts.Firstly,the general situation of marine environmental pollution in Fujian Province was investigated and analyzed.Based on the basic situation and pollution status of Fujian marine environment,the types,characteristics and sources of current pollution were summarized and analyzed.Secondly,the empirical study on the actual influencing factors of marine environmental pollution in Fujian Province is carried out.According to the analysis of the actual influencing factors,the specific indicators are selected,including the proportion of three marine industries,the number and funding of marine scientific research personnel,the total amount of pollutants entering the sea from rivers and rivers,the discharge of sewage from sewage outlets and the discharge of pollutants from sewage outlets.The meta-linear model was used to analyze the correlation between the factors and the proportion of Non-excellent sea water.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,mainly including optimizing the marine industrial structure,constructing land-based pollution treatment mechanism,improving the marine environmental protection law enforcement mechanism,strengthening the concept of marine environmental protection and encouraging the participation of the whole people.
