Under the influence of western educational thoughts,modern mathematics education theorists criticize the traditional thoughts,methods and means of Chinese mathematics education,and totally deny them.Zhang naida,as the representative of the first-line mathematics special-grade teachers in our country,his mathematics teaching thought represents the traditional aspect of mathematics teaching,shining the brilliance of wisdom.Therefore,it is necessary to trace back the forming process of zhang naida's mathematics teaching thought and condense the subject.Consequently,the purpose of this paper is to concise the gist of Zhang Naida's mathematics teaching thought through reading and studying Zhang Naida's two books,Mathematical Thinking Education,Zhang Naida's Mathematics Education–From Thinking to Culture,and his many papers,including an interview with Mr.Zhang Naida,so that readers can understand Mr.Zhang Naida's thoughts clearly,absorb valuable teaching ideas and correct teaching behavior.At the same time,combining with zhang naida's teaching thought,this paper gives some enlightening suggestions on teachers' professional growth from the aspects of self-foundation,teaching research and result announcement.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,theoretical significance and practical significance of Zhang Naida's research on mathematics teaching thought,shows the research methods used in this study and the reasons and basis for using them.In the second part,from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the author discusses the reasons for the maladies and defects in the traditional mathematics teaching practice,and expounds the formation process of zhang naida's mathematics teaching thought in stages,and dialectically analyzes the sublation andabandonment of traditional mathematics teaching.The third part of the article elaborates on Zhang Naida's own quality and experience from the front-line mathematics teacher to a mathematics education researcher,including the selection of the subject and the change of research direction,viewing mathematics teaching at a higher level.The fourth part explores the innovation of Zhang Naida's mathematics teaching thoughts from four aspects : mathematics education values view,mathematics education concept view,mathematics thinking teaching view and mathematics teacher practice view.The fifth part of the article is the summary of the research conclusions and the inspirational suggestions for the teacher's professional growth.The unfinished research expresses the inadequacies and prospects.
