Zhang Dianzhou(1933-2018),who devoted himself to mathematics,history of mathematics,and mathematics education throughout his life,has a multi-dimensional research field and is known as a "triscientist".In the era of great development and transformation of education in China,he has been devoted to the summary of Chinese mathematics education,with the goal of building a mathematical education system with Chinese characteristics.His role is variable.He is a mathematician,scholar,and educator.He has formed a mathematics teaching thought based on the mathematics teaching view,mathematics curriculum view and mathematics textbook view in the long-term academic process.Studying Zhang Dianzhou’s mathematics teaching thought can not only deepen our understanding of the development and evolution of Chinese mathematics teaching,but also explore the value of Zhang Dianzhou’s mathematics teaching thought to the implementation of mathematics core literacy and the reform of mathematics teaching.On the basis of the study and work experience of combing Zhang Dianzhou,this paper analyzes Zhang Dianzhou’s mathematics teaching thought and elaborates its enlightenment to current mathematics curriculum and teaching.Firstly,this paper introduces Zhang Dianzhou’s study and work experience,demonstrates the realistic background of his mathematical teaching thought,presents this character three-dimensionally,and lays the foundation for revealing his mathematical teaching thought.Secondly,this paper systematically expounds the specific content of Zhang Dianzhou’s mathematics teaching thought,which mainly includes three aspects: mathematics teaching view,mathematics curriculum view and mathematics textbook view.In terms of mathematics teaching view,Zhang Dianzhou’s teaching purpose is to comprehensively improve students’ mathematical literacy.Teaching methodology emphasizes the combination of teaching theory and teaching practice.The learning method promotes the appropriate docking of acceptance learning and autonomous inquiry learning.In terms of the mathematics curriculum view,it is discussed from three levels: curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.In terms of mathematics textbook view,Zhang Dianzhou advocates infiltrating the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit,and makes a specific analysis from his textbook writing concept,textbook form design and textbook content processing.Finally,this paper analyzes how his teaching thought reflects the concept of reasonable docking and balanced development,how to carry out the intellectual and moral education in mathematics,how to penetrate the requirements of "laying a good foundation" and "innovative development",how to take into account local characteristics and international experience.Although there are certain limitations in his teaching thought,it still has a positive reference for the implementation of the core literacy of mathematics in our country and the reform of mathematics teaching.Specifically,there are the following three points: constructing Chinese characteristics’ mathematics teaching theory with "education confidence",making up for the lack of mathematics curriculum with "talented mathematics" and compiling mathematics textbooks with "core literacy".
