Akebia trifoliata(Thunb Koidz)is a perennial woody vine of the family Akebia of the family Lardizabalaceae.In this paper,some related basic research work has been carried out on the screening and acclimation of the Akebia trifoliata line,which provides data support for the formulation of the local standard for Akebia trifoliata and industrial integration.The specific results are as follows:1.Preliminary identification of the resource storage,distribution,and habitat of Akebia trifoliata in Shimian County,Sichuan Province.The distribution of Akebia trifoliata is more concentrated in valleys and sloping lands where there is a mixture of sparse and low canopy shrubs and shrubs.Developed and distributed in the surface humus soil layer,it is shallow rooted.More than 100 germplasm resources were collected in Guizhou,Hubei,Hunan,and other provinces and cities,and some suggestions on the use of the resources of the trifoliate wood were put forward.2.Through determination of nutrient elements,the total sugar content in the fruits of Asparagus Akebia trifoliata in Shimian County was 8.70-12.20 g/100 g,total acid was 0.08-0.14g/100 g,vitamin C content was 13.60-38.20 mg/100 g,and soluble solids was 10.90%.~14.30%.The total amount of amino acids was 0.21~0.38 g/kg,and the E/T value was 35.41% and 54.39% respectively.There were significant differences in amino acid,total sugar,total acid,vitamin C and soluble solids among different towns and towns.3.Observing and statistics in the field The data of the phenology period of A.Akebia trifoliata revealed that the flowers of Akebia trifoliata were racemes,the flower color was purple,the fruit shape was mostly oblong to kidney shape,and the fruit color was milky white to crystal clear;the nutrition of A.Akebia trifoliata was There is overlap in reproductive growth.The growth period of the cane is from the beginning of February to the end of November,and the annual growth can reach more than 2m.The growth period is divided into fast growth period,slow growth period,transitional stop growth period and lignification initiation period.The flowering period is from early March to late April.There are multiple female inflorescences,isolated female inflorescences,and incomplete inflorescences such as incomplete differentiation of male and female flowers.Field pollination experiments have found that there are self-incompatibility characteristics of trifoliate,and the offspring of hybrids can have The average diet rate was 22.6%,the highest was 60.08%,and the lowest was 13.9%.Specific seeds with similar sesame size were found in fruits with high edible rate.Late hybrids had late maturation,edible rate was low,and seeds were normal.4.The optimal chromosomal morphology can be obtained by mixing the young root tips of Akebia trifoliata with 0.1% colchicine and 0.002 mol/L 8-hydroxyquinoline equal solution,which will be solved in 1mol/L HCL.From the time control of 13 ~ 15 min can fully dissociate,because the traditional method to do karyotype analysis is difficult,we can only initially determine its chromosomes in more than 16,if you need to further clarify the number of chromosomes,but also need to rely on cell molecular biology methods.
