Water Resources Status Assessment And Water Demand Forecast Analysis In Fujian Province

Water is one of the important material resources for human survival,which directly affects our social life and economic development.Based on the water resources data of Fujian Province in the past 20 years,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and regional distribution characteristics of precipitation in Fujian Province,and studies the water use situation,various water use trends and water supply and demand relations in Fujian Province.The status quo of water resources utilization and water resources pressure in Fujian Province were discussed.At the same time,it also predicts the total water demand in Fujian Province in the future,and proposes countermeasures for the rational use of water resources in Fujian Province in the future.The results show:(1)In recent years,the amount of water resources in Fujian Province is generally abundant.From 1998-2017,the average annual precipitation in Fujian Province is 1743.3mm,the average annual surface water resource is 124.23 billion m3,and the annual average groundwater resource is 34.03 billion m3.The total water resources are 124.36 billion m3.From the perspective of various administrative regions,some mountainous areas in northern Fujian,southwestern and eastern Fujian have high water resources in high-precipitation areas.The Nanping area in northern Fujian has the highest precipitation and water resources in recent years;the coastal area has low precipitation.In the value area,the Pingtan area has the lowest precipitation and water resources in recent years.The per capita water resources of various administrative regions in Fujian Province are extremely different.The per capita water resources of the three regions of Nanping,Sanming and Longyan are all higher than the world average,but the per capita water resources in Fuzhou,Putian,Quanzhou,Xiamen and Pingtan are too low.It is lower than the national average and close to the water stress regional standards.The per capita water resources of Pingtan and Xiamen have reached the standard of severe water shortage.(2)The average annual water supply in Fujian Province from 1998-2017 was 19.13 billion m3.The water supply project of the water diversion project is the largest source of water supply in Fujian Province,accounting for 43.3%of the total water supply.From the perspective of various administrative regions,the annual average water supply in Fuzhou is the largest,at 3.12 billion m3.In terms of water use,the total annual water consumption in Fujian Province in 1998-2017 was 19.04 billion m3,of which agricultural water consumption was the largest,with an average annual water consumption of 9.74 billion m3,accounting for 50.5%of total water consumption;followed by industrial water,annual average The water consumption is 6.45 billion m3,accounting for 33.4%of the total water consumption;the third is public and domestic water consumption,the average annual water consumption is 2.45 billion m3,accounting for 13.9%of the total water consumption;the average annual ecological water consumption is 430 million m3,accounting for 2.2%of total water consumption.From the perspective of various administrative regions,the total water consumption in Fuzhou is the largest,followed by Quanzhou.From the perspective of various water consumption indicators,the 10,000 yuan GDP water consumption and the industrial added value of 10,000 yuan in Fujian Province have been decreasing year by year.(3)In Fujian Province,the total score of water resources is obtained by principal component analysis.The ranking order is:Nanping>Sanming>Longyan>Ningde>Zhangzhou>Putian>Fuzhou>Quanzhou>Xiamen>Pingtan.(4)The forecast of water demand in Fujian Province shows that the total water demand in Fujian Province in 2035 is 21.604 billion m3,of which the total domestic water demand is 4.305 billion m3,the industrial water demand is 10.564 billion m3,and the agricultural water demand is 6.407 billion m3.The ecological water requirement is 328 million m3.According to the forecast of water demand and the water supply in Fujian Province in recent years,the current water supply capacity of Fujian Province can basically meet the water demand of Fujian Province in the next 20 years.By comparing the proportion of water resources in Fujian Province in 2017 and 2035,the results show that the main consumption of water resources in 2035 is converted into industrial water consumption,and the agricultural water demand ranks second.The demand for domestic water demand increases due to population growth and urbanization.According to the forecasting results of water demand and the water supply in Fujian Province in recent years,it is necessary to further improve the water supply capacity to ensure the social and economic development and the improvement of people's living standards for water demand.
