Research On The Efficient Utilization Of Agricultural Water Resources In Tianjin Under The Background Of Green Development

Water resources are one of the core elements of agricultural green development,and the efficient use of agricultural water resources plays an important role in promoting the transformation and development of agricultural green.In this context,on the basis of extensive research and literature collection,this paper systematically expounds the comprehensive overview of the utilization of agricultural water resources in Tianjin,and investigates and analyzes the use of efficient water-saving irrigation methods by the main body of the cultivation industry in Tianjin by means of questionnaire survey.At the same time,this paper combines the actual situation of Tianjin,builds a scientific index system,and evaluates the efficiency of agricultural water resources in Tianjin.Based on this,it is found that the current use of agricultural water resources in Tianjin is faced with the following problems: water environmental management is difficult,agricultural water resources supporting facilities are not perfect,water-saving technology extension service system is not perfect,capital investment and talent system is not perfect,management mechanism reform is not complete,and farmers' awareness of water conservation is weak.On the basis of drawing on the successful practical experience at home and abroad,the path choice for the efficient utilization of agricultural water resources in Tianjin is put forward.First of all,we should build agricultural water-saving irrigation projects,take the road of efficient utilization of water resources,secondly,we should focus on promoting high-efficiency water-saving technology,take the road of transforming technological achievements,adjust the structure of agricultural cultivation and take the road of water resources conservation,and at the same time improve farmers' awareness of water-saving,guide farmers to take the road of water conservation,and finally,strengthen water environmental management and take the road of water resources management.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the path,the paper puts forward measures such as perfecting water-saving regulations and policies,perfecting management system,increasing investment in water-saving technology and improving the personnel support system,with a view to improving the utilization rate of agricultural water resources in Tianjin,and thus promoting the development of agricultural green transformation.
