In view of the limited global conventional energy resources and the “side effects” generated during its use,countries have been actively seeking alternative energy sources.In particular,since twenty-first century,with the determination of the status of the second major economies in China and the arrival of the Industry 4.0,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the demand for energy is also jumping growth,also the international energy pattern is changing to a new direction.In a large number of new energy sources,in addition to the current mature energy,such as solar energy,biomass energy and wind energy,the ocean energy is one of the most important and clean energy sources in the new century.The development of marine energy can not only solve the problems of energy supply,desalination of sea water,but also have far-reaching significance for the national marine strategic layout and territorial sea protection.Ocean energy is a huge “cake”,attracting international attention,and all countries are stepping up their development to fight for opportunities.With China's wide area and abundant energy,especially tidal energy,tidal current energy and wave energy,the technology of tidal energy generation has been developing rapidly,it has entered the commercial application stage.The technology of wave energy and tidal current energy are closely followed,which is the key field of current research.Study on marine energy in foreign countries started earlier,the technology is relatively mature,our country can take the “The Belt and Road” free ride,accelerate the pace to catch up and surpass the existing technology,dig deep into the ocean potential,and make the power generation equipment with our own characteristics.Domestic wave energy and tidal current energy technology can be numerous,power generation devices also emerge in endlessly.But technology is uneven which has not yet reached convergence condition,power generation efficiency is still the key factor that restricts its development.Based on the existing wave energy,tidal current energy and coupling power generation devices and technology,the author designed and manufactured an all-in-one machine which can simultaneously capture wave energy and tidal current energy.The design of the blade,generator and shunt is optimized,which reduces the development cost and improves the efficiency of turbine power generation.In total,the project team has built three wave power generation devices with installed capacity,namely,bilateral 20 W,bilateral 200 W and bilateral 500 W prototype.The paper has carried out laboratory test,flume test and sea test for the prototype,and verified the rationality of theoretical design and the feasibility of power generation.The specific research of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics and power generation principle of wave energy and tidal current energy,the formula of energy acquisition in two energy coupling effects is calculated,and the principle and process of power generation are described.(2)Based on the current situation of wave energy,tidal current and coupling power generation device and technology,a new type of wave generator is developed.First,the whole structure of the device is introduced.Secondly,the detailed design and analysis of each component of the device are made,including the design of the “bullet head” split cover,the research and analysis of the generator,the design of the blade,the bidirectional axial flow pump and the guide cover.(3)The key parts of the generator are tested and analyzed in the laboratory.The simulation test of the generator part and the whole system is analyzed to ensure that the theoretical design is reasonable,the design requirements can be met,and the manufacturing link is not wrong.(4)After strict selection,a flume test for bilateral 20 W and bilateral 200 W turbine was carried out.On the basis of good test results,a large prototype of 500 W was tested on the sea to monitor the power data in real time.The result of the test is good,and the expected goal is achieved.
