Surface testing technology of oil and gas wells is an important tool for comprehensive evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs in the process of exploration,development and production,It can collect the pressure,temperature,production and characteristics of various types of oil and gas wells,evaluate whether the gas reservoir or trap has commercial exploitation value,and comprehensively analyze and evaluate the reservoir according to the obtained parameters,so as to reasonably and scientifically solve various problems of oil and gas production.Testing Company of Great Wall Drilling Company is a international professional testing company affiliated to Great Wall Drilling,mainly engaged in formation testing?surface testing?slickline service?completion service?Coiled Tubing?acidizing?PVT sampling and analysis?perforation and evaluation of oil and gas reservoirs.This paper is based on the testing work of the Karajida Block in the Fergana Basin of Uzbekistan undertaken by the Great Wall Drilling Testing Company,and the oil and gas accumulation area in the central depression of the reservoir in this block is the research object.The field historical data are fully investigated,and the test surface flow of "four highs and one ultra" oil and gas wells with high temperature,high pressure,high hydrogen sulfide content,high salinity and ultra deep is studied by theoretical analysis and computer programming simulation The main achievements are as follows: 1.Through the understanding of the geological characteristics of the block and the analysis of the experimental results of the fluid characteristics,the geographical location,the distribution of the reservoir,the area of the reservoir,the stratigraphic stratification of the reservoir,the attribute of the target layer,the pressure coefficient,the mineralization degree,the characteristics of the ground water,the viscosity of the hydrocarbon,etc.of the Karajida Block are deeply understood.2.Based on the reservoir characteristics of the block,the surface test flow of the block is studied with well XXX-3 and well XXX-4 as examples,mainly including the selection of test flow,the understanding of key equipment,the research of test technology,etc.3.The research of ground test technology mainly includes three kinds of ground test design process with high temperature,high pressure and high hydrogen sulfide content,ground test wellhead equipment under 20 kpsi condition,optimization of full airtight test process,stability of ground process,equipment placement distance and natural gas measurement method.4.The research of reasonable test system mainly focuses on the control of sand production,the test system under the condition of high pressure and low permeability,and the control of hydrate.5.The application of ground test flow is studied in pre construction preparation,field operation procedure and HAZOP analysis,and the application effect of operation scheme is evaluated.The region of Karajida block lacks relevant testing operation experiences.After full preparation and elaborate organization,Surface testing operations in XXX-3 and XXX-4 got a great success.A set of surface testing process suitable for Fergana basin,high temperature,high pressure,high hydrogen sulfide and high salinity well conditions is constructed through the research of this paper,and the safety risk analysis and relevant safety risk prevention technology can be carried out for the surface testing operation.It is of great significance to the development of high pressure,high hydrogen sulfide,high salinity and ultra-deep well testing techniques,geological research and development of oil and gas reservoirs.
