As the development of Chinese economy,the advances of technology,Parts of the ocean lack of buoy which adapt these waters,this causing a small amount of buoy layout,the marine environmental monitoring systems are not perfect,this can not provide protection for marine development.Contrasting advantages,disadvantages and limitations of solar light buoy,a buoy based on wave energy has be designed.In this paper,through analyzing and summarizing the conversion device of buoy by accessing to relevant data,and the raft hydraulic energy conversion system has be determined ultimately.And devised a specific structure of hydraulic conversion system:asynchronous wave energy generation system.The power of different light buoys has be calculated according to the existing conditions;the body equations of motion raft is established,the effect of raft length?raft width?raft draft?wave height?and wave period on the output power has be calculated,the power was found that with the change of the individual parameters are present resonance point,the overall design of asynchronous wave energy buoy has be gave by contrast.Buoy raft?buoy body structure has been designed,static stress analysis has be gave about stress,strain and other indicators of connection structure in extreme conditions,the situation is found that stress of connection structure is less than the yield stress and strain are also invisible in extreme operating conditions,the reliability of the structure is ensured.Onshore bench is built based on the application in light buoy hydraulic conversion system,,generated power of different conditions:synchronous condition,asynchronous condition and single raft conditions are contrasted,asynchronous condition exists larger peak,the average power generation of asynchronous and synchronous is greater than the single raft condition;generating effect of 3s,4s,6s,8s is compared,with the increase of wave period,the power gradually reduces,mean power of asynchronous conditions power is 20W in 3s.Generating effect of the full stroke and the incomplete stroke is analyzed.The results indicates:the power of full stroke is much larger than incomplete stroke,but generation of incomplete stroke was more stable.
