With the development of marine resources in China,more and more marine detection equipment is working on the seabed.The use of high-energy storage batteries and other power supply equipment has been unable to meet the power consumption needs of marine detection equipment.The development and utilization of marine energy has become a new goal.Ocean current machines are an important part of the field of ocean energy utilization.Ocean current machines can provide a continuous source of energy for underwater equipment.However,the current research of ocean current machines in China is still in the development stage.To promote the development of ocean current machines,verify their performance and thus develop A set of current characteristics test system for ocean current machine and test research.With reference to the power test standards for wind turbines,formulate power test plans for ocean current machines.The current tester power test system uses STC15W4K56S4 as the core processor,and builds a hardware system and a software system based on this.The hardware system uses current and voltage sensors to collect the current signal output of the current tester to obtain the power output of the current tester and the frequency sensor The frequency of the current machine is collected to obtain the speed of the current machine.In order to ensure the accuracy of the data collected by the sensor,the sensor is calibrated.Adopt DS1302 as the time recording chip,use SD card to store the collected data,in order to ensure that the current machine can be observed during the testing process,design the current machine test indicator on the sea.The software system designs the main program of the test system,AD conversion program,clock program,and SD card storage program according to the hardware.The stored program uses the file system to store the collected data and the time recorded by the clock chip in the form of a txt file to the SD card.It is convenient to use PC to organize and analyze data.The generator test bed was used to test the 300W-generator.The generator under test reached the rated power at 380r/min.The generator speed was used as the measuring point to test the accuracy of the voltage,current and speed of the test system.The test results It shows that the maximum voltage measurement error of this test system is 5.99%,the current measurement error is 8.33%,and the maximum speed error is 5.01%.The three signal errors are within the allowable range of error,so they meet the requirements of the test system.Using the generator test bench to verify the test system,the test system can correctly store the measured data in the SD card according to the design requirements and obtain the generator power curve measured by the test system.The results show that the test system Able to complete test requirements.
