Study On The Method Of Determining The Minimum Control Price In The Geotechnical Engineering Investigation Project Within The Enterprise

At this stage,the growth rate of fixed asset investment continues to slow down,investigation fees gradually implements market price adjustment,geotechnical engineering investigation enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition,malicious prices and other phenomena frequently appear and become bother in the investigation market.In this context,investigation companies need to constantly explore the advanced business model,improve the management level to seek development.Investigation companies should not only provide reasonable prices to obtain the advantages of business,expand the scale of business,but also ensure that the tender price or contract price can meet the need of the implementation of the project in order to prevent the risk to the enterprises caused by malicious prices.This paper studies how to carry out effective and convenient minimum control price calculation to meet the need of reviewing price in investigation enterprises.This paper first introduces the concept,characteristics and working content of geotechnical engineering investigation.According to the need of price review in the management of enterprises,the concept of minimum control price within the enterprise is introduced.The minimum control price is intended to evaluate the tender price and contract price as the evaluation index to ensure the rationality of the price and avoid the operational risk.Based on the analysis of the composition of geotechnical reconnaissance cost,this paper analyzes and compares different calculation methods of investigation fee,including the standard calculation method,the method of costing and the estimation method,and forms a final calculating process and method of investigation project minimum control price based on all the advantages of various calculation methods and the characteristics of investigation projects.Investigation enterprises need to consider their own characteristics,make a reasonable classification of cost,analyze and determine the various proportions of the minimum profits,taxes,corporate management fees in the total cost,and also determine the corresponding price index and the adjusting coefficients as well as build the minimum control price calculation system.For specific projects,investigation companies only need to make calculations of expenses and adjustments according to the calculation process based on the workload of the investigation plan,and get the minimum control price.This paper takes the investigation Company C for example and analyzes the Company's characteristics and the needs of price review,and constructs its minimum control price calculation system.According to the calculation system,the company can calculate the minimum control price in two geotechnical engineering investigation projects in Beijing.The company can verify the convenience and reliability of the minimum control price calculation method by comparing the minimun control price method with other calculation methods.This paper puts forward a complete solution to the calculation of the minimum control price within the investigation project,which makes the internal price evaluation work fast and reliable.By reviewing price based on the minimum control price,investigation enterprises can improve the efficiency of project management and reduce the risk of project implementation.In the meanwhile,the calculation method of the minimum control price can provide a reference for investigation companies and government departments.
