"Multiple plans integration" is to strengthen the convergence of various types of planning.On the basis that its important spatial parameters can be kept consistent,the spatial layout can be optimized to the greatest degree,and the management and control capabilities of administrative agencies can also be further improved.At present,there are more than 80 types of planning such as land use and urban planning under the administration of the government.The planning system is complex and presents a situation where "everything goes".This has a detrimental impact on the site selection of land for construction projects,leading to land resources.Inefficient use and waste can even hinder the healthy and orderly development of social economy.As the user requirements increase and the planning data becomes finer,the shortcomings of the previous site selection plan are gradually revealed.The development of new technology means creates a new inspiration for the spatial site selection--GIS,its unique Geospatial analysis capabilities,complex query functions,and powerful graphics processing capabilities can solve the site selection problem to the greatest extent.Through geospatial analysis operations such as spatial query,overlay analysis and buffer analysis,geospatial information related to site selection can be effectively extracted,and quantitative and qualitative analysis of various spatial relationships of data can be achieved.Based on this,this paper starts from the construction of "multiple plans integration" information platform and takes the spatial-geographic information database system led by Hohhot municipal government as the lead in the construction of the "multiple plans integration" information platform as the research background,and comprehensively applies modern information technology theory.Based on GIS technology and internet technology,we designed and developed a WebGIS-based "multiple plans integration" intelligent location-aided decision support system,and verified the system's functionality using some planning data from Hohhot.The dissertation mainly accomplishes the following research contents and achievements:First,analyze the theory and technology of "multiple plans integration".The analysis of the status quo of the "multiple plans integration" at home and abroad and the related technologies for site selection provide a theoretical basis for the development of the system.Second,design and implement a smart site selection decision support system.The functions of map browsing,location selection,avoidance of location selection,auxiliary location selection,and statistical reporting are realized;An information service that achieves "multiple plans integration" results has been implemented,enabling the intelligent site selection analysis under the constraints of various planning data.Third,explore and dig a number of key technologies.Including spatial query packet processing technology,spatial data GP tool processing technology,independent research and development of traversal grid algorithm,placement of candidate lands in any geographical position.Fourth,the "multiple plans integration" application example.The system has been successfully applied in the "multiple plans integration" practice led by the Bureau of Land and Resources of Hohhot,thus providing a quick,convenient,and scientific solution for the city's "multiple plans integration" practical needs.
