Underground pipeline is one of the most important parts of urban infrastructure, it is a "lifeline" of the city, play an important role in the city information transfer and energy transfer, is an important guarantee of efficient and orderly operation of the city. At present, Fuxin city's underground pipeline management level is low, the pipeline sector only care their own things and don't share information for others, and the underground pipeline data of Fuxin City management is mainly in the form of CAD, it is difficult to do the professional analysis of underground space, this pipeline management mode are difficult to manage pipeline efficiently, the coping ability for accidents caused by the pipeline is very poor, therefore, it is particularly important to build the comprehensive underground pipeline management information system for the actual situation of Fuxin city with the advanced GIS technology.According to Fuxin City Planning Bureau of city underground pipeline management, based on collection and arrangment of the existing data of the planning departments, learn other city pipeline management system construction experience, using SQL Server database for the storage of underground pipeline data,through the ArcSDE database engine to get the access to the data,in.Net platform use the advanced programming language C# with ArcEngine component, establish the comprehensive management of underground pipeline information system of Fuxin city.According to the actual situation of Fuxin City of the underground pipeline data, explore the pipeline data organizatiing and updating form and system function design, describes the key technology of pipeline system, such as ArcSDE database engine technology, ComGIS technology, net technology and ArcEngine technology. Focuses on the using interpolation method and Depth-First-Search algorithm of horizontal and vertical section analysis, pipe burst analysis and so on profession space analysis, and bases on national standard implementation of the net distance analysis, overburden depth analysis and so on correlation analysis. Give a more complete solution in Fuxin city underground pipeline information system, to give auxiliary support of Fuxin City's pipeline planning and management.
