Research On The Protection Of Rural Forestry Resources Based On The Legal Level

China's forest resources are very scarce,and the destruction is serious,the forest and forestry in rural areas of our country face the most serious damage,the rural ecological environment is also more and more serious damage,and the main reason of the rural ecological environment problem is the wanton felling of forest resources.Despite the introduction of relevant laws and regulations to protect forest resources,there are still many needs to be improved.The forest can not only purify the air,avoid soil and water loss,but also can effectively store water,so if we want to make the rural ecological environment problems effective mitigation,it is urgent to effectively protect the forest resources,which requires the rural forestry resources management of the protection of the legal system to optimize.In order to standardize the utilization of forest resources,regulate the appropriate exploitation of forest land by forest farmers,and formulate a scientific and normative legal system for the protection and management of forest resources,it is the key.This paper analyzes the present situation of forest resources protection in rural areas of China from a legal perspective,it is found that there exists some deficiencies,the relevant legal system of rural forestry resource management in our country has still not to the rural ecological forestry construction and economic development should fully effective,have to be further optimized.Further analysis of the United States and Japan and other foreign rural forestry resources protection laws and measures,and put forward a sound legal system of China's rural management and protection of forestry resources strategy based on the analysis of the importance of forest resources.In a word,based on the present situation of rural forestry resources management and protection of the legal system,a system existed in the aspects of property rights of rural forest system in our country,forest land use rights transfer system,the forestland use and occupation system and supervision,illegal requisition and occupation of forest land and intensity of the problem is analyzed,and on how to effectively the improvement of China's rural forestry management and protection legal system were discussed.
