In order to meet the user's increasing demand of satellite observation,it is reasonable to use multiple imaging satellites to obtain the information about the earth's surface and transmit the imaging data back to the earth station in time,generate the scheduling scheme,which has become the main content of the research on the imaging satellite scheduling problem.Therefore,in the imaging satellite scheduling problem,it is necessary to consider the integrated scheduling problem of the satellite observation process and the data download process under the combined resources of multiple satellites and multiple ground stations,namely the imaging satellite integrated scheduling problem;in addition,it is necessary to consider the problem of changing the scheduling scheme to meet the user emergency needs brought by the real disturbance environment,that is,the imaging satellite emergency scheduling problem.The above problems are also the main problems studied in this paper.Based on the analysis and treatment of the problem constraints,the main research contribution are as follows:1.An imaging satellite integrated scheduling strategy is proposed.For the scheduling strategy of combining the observation process and the data download process with the method of segmented and regular combination in the existing research reduces the overall benefit of the imaging system,this paper proposes the imaging satellite integrated scheduling strategy.Then,this paper analyzes the integrity of the proposed strategy for data transmission task and observation task scheduling.It lays a foundation for solving the imaging satellite integrated scheduling problem and getting the globally optimal solution of imaging satellite emergency scheduling problem.2.A model and algorithm of imaging satellite integrated scheduling are proposed.Based on the analysis of the imaging satellite integrated scheduling problem,the imaging satellite integrated scheduling problem is transformed into a subset solving problem,and the mathematical model of imaging satellite integrated scheduling is established.Based on the characteristics of ant colony algorithm for solving subset class problems,the double pheromone ant colony algorithm with pheromone of observation task and pheromone of data transmission task was designed.The algorithm adaptively selects pheromone update method according to iterative algebra and uses the pheromone update idea of max-min ant colony algorithm to update two pheromones separately.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by experiments.3.An emergency scheduling model and algorithm for imaging satellite is proposed.Based on the analysis of mission and various disturbance factors,the problem of imaging satellite emergency scheduling is transformed into a kind of satellite scheduling problem which is inserted into new tasks,and the mathematical model of the problem is constructed.On the one hand,the optimization of data transmission process is not considered in the current research of imaging satellite emergency scheduling problem;on the other hand,the quality of most local adjustment algorithms depends on the data distribution characteristics.An emergency scheduling algorithm based on local adjustment and ant colony algorithm is designed,which combines local adjustment algorithm and global optimization algorithm.Experimental analysis including data distribution impact analysis is carried out.
