In recent years,with the development of the Internet,agriculture has also ushered in a period of rapid development,which has brought potential economic growth points to a certain extent.Among them,modern farms have gradually become one of the focuses of the people.Compared with traditional farms,the advantages of modern farms are:more transparent information,smoother industry connections,and larger market size.However,the production of modern farms has the characteristics of continuous continuity.Sometimes a certain local problem will affect the normal operation of the whole farm At the same time,the complexity of the production process and the difficulty of enployee communication also make it difficult to achieve accurate distribution of tasks.Aiming at such problems,a satellite-based form personnel dispatching system was designed to solve the problems of low informationization and long scheduling period of large farms.The satellite personnel scheduling system based on satellite positioning combines satellite positioning technology,and generates an optimal scheduling scheme under the scheduling target based on a certain scheduling target and a series of constraints through the artificial bee colony algorithm to realize the rational distribution of personnel tasks.At the same time,the farm equips workers with satellite positioning devices to monitor the working locations of individual workers in real time.The main work of this topic includes:(1)Established a farm staff scheduling model based on artificial bee colony algorithm to solve the daily needs of farm staff scheduling.By consulting relevant literature and comparing various manual scheduling methods,it is learned that the artificial bee colony algorithm has a good effect in solving such constrained numerical optimization problems,and combines the daily scheduling requirements of the farm to establish a suitable farm personnel scheduling.Mathematical model.(2)The artificial bee colony algorithm is used to solve the farm personnel scheduling model,and the correctness of the model is proved by experimental results.Through the solution of the artificial bee colony algorithm,the minimum daily work cost of the worker is the scheduling target.Under the relevant constraints of the worker's physical upper limit and time window,iteratively obtains the daily dispatch of the 1200 plots and 14 workers.The optimal cost is 5589.06.(3)Based on the specific system requirements,the farm personnel dispatching system based on satellite positioning was designed and implemented.The system uses PHP to implement the background function,and uses ArcGIS to realize the division of farm plots.Combine satellite positioning technology to observe workers' work in real time.Provides a series of information management functions such as basic information of workers,work log information,and system permissions.At the same time,the generated scheduling information is displayed on the front-end page for the staff to view.This dissertation takes farm personnel scheduling as the main research direction,and combines satellite positioning technology and artificial bee colony algorithm into the dispatching system to realize the informationization of daily management of the farm.To a certain extent,it simplifies the daily operation process of the farm,greatly reduces the cost of the farm,and at the same time,the satellite positioning technology solves the problem of workers' integrity work to a certain extent.
