Our territory vast, complex geological structure has always been one of the worst natural disasters affected countries in the world. In recent years, it is a series of major natural disasters. These major disasters caused a large number of casualties and huge property losses, to the construction of great social and economic crisis.Emergency logistics operating environment determines that the emergency logistics vehicle routing problem is more complex than the general vehicle routing problem, because it needs to be considered in addition to time-point accept emergency supplies, but at the beginning of the disaster, which not only has a great demand for supplies uncertainty, and lack of availability of emergency supplies are often present. Therefore, in the key rescue period, how to determine a reasonable distribution of emergency supplies and the numbers of vehicles route, is the key to the effective rescue work. But some phenomena exist in the supplies scheduling process, such as supplies distribution remains uncoordinated, satisfaction rate for the needs of the disaster points are imbalances, and other emergency supplies waste, et al. Hence the needs to further identify the key factors that affect the scheduling of emergency supplies, such that emergency supplies achieve the optimal scheduling, to raise the dispatching level of emergency supplies.Firstly, the significance and background of the problem are presented, according to the sudden and harmfulness of earthquake disasters. The research status about emergency logistics vehicle scheduling problem at home and abroad is summarized. Secondly, the causes of earthquakes, the characteristics of seismic demand supplies, and the algorithm for vehicle scheduling problem are introduced. Based on the above analysis, two double objective models are established. According to the actual situation when the earthquake just happened, supply demands have not been met. From the perspective of the disaster people, the first model is to minimize transportation time and to maximize the satisfaction rate. While in the late earthquake, relief supplies are so adequate that they are able to meet the needs of disaster people, so from the savings point of view, the second model is to minimize the transportation time and to minimize the transportation costs. Finally, ant colony algorithm is used to solve the above two models, upon multiple selection parameters and ultimately draw graphics. The satisfactory solutions are obtained.
