In recent years,the earthquake disasters occurs frequently,the primary task of emergency rescue work is carrying out the rescue activities in the shortest possible time,so as to minimize the loss of personnel and property.Emergency rescue vehicle dispatching and vehicle routing optimization under the condition of earthquake disaster are increasingly becoming the research hotspot in the field of emergency management.In the increasingly complicated of the transportation network,the difficulty of emergency rescue work also increases due to the uncertainty of the rescue process.Aiming at the emergency rescue vehicle scheduling problem under earthquake,the following research is carried out.Firstly,the research focus on emergency rescue work by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years is summarized through the literature review,and points out the problems existing in the process of emergency rescue on vehicle scheduling,the shortest rescue route is not the shortest rescue time.Within the scope of a reasonable rescue route,the emergency rescue vehicle route with the shortest rescue time can achieve the purpose of implementing the emergency rescue plan in the shortest time so as to reduce casualties and property losses.Secondly,the characteristics of emergency rescue vehicle scheduling are analyzed in detail,and according to the shortest path and the shortest time,we consider the factors that affect the time in the rescue process,and analyze the defects of the time solving method,then the single side fuzzy time window model of emergency rescue and the emergency rescue jamming scheduling model with demand change are established to solve the rescue path.Thirdly,through the summary of the emergency rescue vehicle scheduling solution algorithm,the shortcomings of the algorithm is pointed out.The basic glowworm swarm optimization algorithm is improved by using the idea of multi swarm.The new encoding method and the processing method of the algorithm solution are adopted,and the validity and practicability of the algorithm are verified by used the commonly test functions.Finally,an emergency rescue vehicle scheduling example is designed to construct the emergency rescue vehicle routing problem in the multi rescue center.The improved algorithm is used to solve this problem.Compared with genetic algorithm,the results show that the algorithm has superiority in solving results and convergence speed.The practical significance of the algorithm proposed in this paper is further verified.
