The Floristic Characters And Resources Of Woody Plants In Meizishan Forest Park Of Quannan

Meizishan Forest Park,one of the most important tourism attractions in the county,is near Quannan county,Jiangxi province.It has rich vegetation resources.Based on investigation in real place,features of woody plants in Meizi Mountain are analyzed and researched,the result shows:1)There are 83 families,207 categories and 390 species of woody plants in Meizi Mountain Forest Park,Among them,77 families 165 categories 304 species of wild woody plants.2)There are 42 families of tropical vegetation in the park.The amount is 67.74%of precious tropical vegetation in the world.There are 20 families of temperate vegetation in the park.The amount is 32.26%of precious temperate vegetation in the world.Based on the amounts of two kinds of vegetation,it is clear that the amount of tropical vegetation is more than the amount of temperate vegetation in the park.In addition,there is a connection between local vegetation and global vegetation.3)The vegetation in the area can be divided into 14 species and 12 variants.Tropical vegetation in the area is about 60.83%of the total amount.Temperate vegetation in the area is about 39.17%of the total amount in the area.4)Woody plants can be divided into 77 families,including 18 families dependent-family which is about 23.4%;29 families few-family which is about 37.7%;17 families small-family which is about 22.%;7 families middle-family which is about 9.09%;6 families large-families which is about 7.8%(more than 20 species).60.83%of categories are tropical categories and 45.04%of families are temperate categories(including the world distribution,China's unique distribution).Most of tropical families are tropical elements.Besides those common temperate families in the world,the only temperate family is fagaceae,which means that local advanced family is tropical element.5)From perspectives of decorative plants,medical plants,wild vegetable plant and protecting environment,the research found that:there are 56 decorative plants which belong 18 families;47 foliage plants which belong to 14 families;30 fruit effect plants which belong to 13 families;3 vertical greening plants which belong to 3 families;285 medical plants;4 wild vegetable plants;12 plants which can protect and optimize the environment.
