As an important livelihood industry in China, light industry plays a decisive role in "Made in China".Its development is an important symbol of China's competitiveness and overall strength. It is also an important symbol of promoting economic growth and upgrading the industrial structure.TFP is an important tool for exploring sources of economic growth. It's able to effectively analyze the contribution rate of various factors in economic growth and evaluate the sustainability of economic growth, can be used as an important indicator to measure the efficiency of light industrial economic growth. The enhancement of total factor productivity in light industry is both an urgent need for a shift in the mode of growth of light industry and a key for the light industry power to step into a light industry powerhouse. So,how is the total factor productivity growth of China's light industry? How to improve the total factor productivity of light industry? How to identify the impact of total factor productivity of light industry? How to promote the sustained and steady development of light industry? These are exactly the questions to be studied and discussed in this paper.Undoubtedly, almost all the spatial data are characterized by spatial auto-correlation and spatial dependence.Although many scholars have done a great deal of theoretical exploration and empirical analysis about TFP,few studies have explored all the elements from a spatial point of view Spatial spillover effect of productivity. In view of this, based on the traditional study of the introduction of space factors, combined with spatial econometrics and social network analysis, this paper analyzes the spatial correlation of total factor productivity of light industry in China's 31 provinces and empirically measures the Spillover effect of total factor productivity. In this paper,we use the DEA-Malmquist index method to measure and decompose the total factor productivity of light industry from panel data of 31 provinces in China's light industry. We use Ward method and ? convergence method to explore the growth of TFP in China's light industry Regional differences.Secondly, the spatial auto-correlation and spatial correlation of China's total factor productivity of China's light industry are measured by using the Moran's I Index and Local Indicators of Spatial Association, and then the Social Network Analysis is used to examine the spatial spillover of TFP in light industry from the perspective of network structure Effect to comprehensively deconstruct the spatial correlation network characteristics and spillover effect of total factor productivity of light industry in all regions. Finally, the spatial regression model partial differential method is used to decompose the influence of many influencing factors on the total factor productivity of light industry. The spatial spillover effect,inter-area spillover effect and total spillover effect are discussed to accurately measure Spatial Spillover Effects of Factors on Total Factor Productivity of Light Industry. The research conclusions show that China's light industry has a good momentum of growth in total factor productivity, distinctive regional differences, significant spatial spillover effects, and influencing factors. Finally, combining research findings,we propose policy implications by these five aspects. There are promoting the steady growth of total factor productivity in China's light industry, relying on regional differences to develop light industries in various regions, optimizing spatial association networks for total factor productivity in light industry, using the different functions and combinations of all sectors in the Light Industry Total Productivity Association Network, and exploring the potential space spillover effects combining with the different influencing factors.
