Research On Data Mining And Visualization Of Marine Economic Characteristics

In the past decade,China's marine economic industry has achieved many remarkable results,and the total output value of the marine economy has been continuously increasing.According to the latest relevant statistics released by the State Oceanic Administration,the total marine economic output value of China in 2017 was 7761.1 billion,as an increase of 6.9%from the previous year,and the total value of marine production,which takes 9.4%of GDP,currently accounts for 15.5%of GDP of total coastal area.However,the process of marine economic development in China's coastal areas is different in the effect of multiple factors such as natural endowment conditions,government intervention,policy support,and technological innovation level and so on.Because of the huge gap in marine economy between regions,the effective supply and demand in the backward regions will be affected.Finally,normal development of the marine economy will be limited and trapped in a vicious cycle.China's maritime power strategy will face many obstacles and far away from our country.Something that we have to do right now is to recognize the current status and level of China's marine-related economy development,analyze its characteristics thoroughly,identify the actual differences between China's coastal areas and find factors that restrict the development of the marine economy.It's of important practical significance to to promote the sustainable development of China's marine economy.Taking the 11 provinces(municipalities,autonomous regions)along the coast as the research object of this paper,in-depth excavation and analysis on the characteristics of China's marine economy was completed by the method of mathematical statistics,comprehensive index,cluster analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other data mining methods combined with map visualization technology.The details are as follows:(1)Comprehensive index method was used into the comprehensive evaluation of marine development level in China's coastal provinces and municipalities.The marine resource abundance index,the index describing industrial structure's rationalization,advancement and diversification,quantitative index of marine science and technology and quantitative index of water environmental comprehensive pollution was contrasted.Furthermore,the current conditions of resource endowments,industrial structure,marine science and technology,marine education level,and water environment quality of coastal areas in China was showed by the mapping visualization to clarify the regional composition and inter-provincial differences.(2)From time dimensions and spatial dimensions,the characteristics of marine economic development was extracted.Indicators about marine economic output value and marine tertiary industries was closed.And the concept of regional barycenter was introduced for the evolution characteristics of China's marine economic spatial pattern in recent decades.The dynamic evolution process of China's marine economy and the marine industry barycenter was described.(3)Analysis for main factors which influence the development pattern of marine economy:Four factors,such as marine resource endowments,industrial structure,technological innovation,and environmental protection,was selected.The relationship between four factors and marine economy was quantified through relevant analysis.(4)Finally,for the balanced development of the coastal provinces' marine economy in China,policy recommendations in different perspectives was given in the paper.
