China's agriculture is in a critical period of modern agriculture in transition from extensive,inefficient,low quality of the traditional agriculture to high yield and high quality,ecological and safety,need scientific and intensive,leading the industrialization and commercialization of traditional agriculture,and the construction of agricultural facilities represents the trend and direction of the development of modern agriculture.Carrying out multi dimensional,accurate,personalized and whole process of facility agriculture meteorological service will greatly enhance the ability of agricultural production.The existing meteorological services of facilities agriculture have some problems,such as low utilization of mobile networks,low accuracy of sensor facilities,small coverage area and poor system operation efficiency,and can not fully meet the needs of modern agricultural development.This paper investigated the status quo of Xiamen facility agriculture meteorological service,analyzes the local meteorological facilities demand of agriculture,the use of Web services,mobile Internet and Internet now developed networking and other advanced technology,the construction of facilities agriculture meteorological service JAVA wisdom EE framework platform system,The system uses Apache Tomcat7.0 as the Web server,the front-end development as the DIV+CSS+JQuery language combination,Spring MVC as the Web server framework to complete the design and development.Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual needs of users and the feasibility of the system,gives the use case diagram and use case specification,function module analysis,package and class,sequence design and interface design,database design,function design and interface of the foreground and background,finally realized the facility agriculture meteorological service platform system.The actual operation shows that the system can overcome the shortcomings of the traditional facilities agricultural meteorological services,and better serve the agricultural development in the region.Facility agriculture meteorological service platform system user front view and use the service main function base situation,real-time monitoring,early warning and forecasting,expert think-tank,meteorological services,facilities management,intelligent control,account management and LED publishing;administrator to view and use the main service have administrator login and system management,monitoring management,view the regional overview of meteorological monitoring data,check the weather forecasting and early warning,experts think tank and facilities management.At the same time system with derivative services,provide "weather" and "agricultural gas treasure" meteorological information query APP service for mobile terminal applications,strengthening public meteorological service functions,so the meteorological service to people's livelihood,enhance the quality of meteorological services,has significant social and economic benefits.
