Meteorological environmental conditions are the most core factor of agricultural production,and farmland disaster due to meteorological disasters or meteorological environment mutations result in huge economic losses.The meteorological departments in our country have established a considerable number of meteorological information observation networks covering the whole country,but limited by the information barriers between meteorological departments,agronomic experts and ordinary farmers,ordinary weather forecast cannot accurately guide the agricultural production for promoting quality and efficiency;agronomic experts cannot effectively combine with meteorological data resources in the study of crop production demand model;individual agricultural service products of meteorology for farmers are shortage,and agricultural producers cannot access to the real-time and targeting early warning meteorological disaster and production guidance services.Therefore,this paper aiming those problems,the meteorological information obtaining method,obtaining equipment,crop growth period knowledge base and pushing actively service were researched based on the Internet of things,real-time perceptual information and China Integrated Meteorological Information Service System(CIMISS),and the agricultural small environmental meteorological information acquisition equipment and the intelligent service platform of Internet of things(IoT),which integrated meteorological information were developed,by constructing active early warning and production guidance service system for the individualized needs of farmers,and applied it in Meteorological Bureau of Ganzhou City,which can provide technical support for high efficiency cultivation,precise management and personalized service in agricultural production.The completed work and conclusions in this paper are as follows:(1)The agricultural small environmental meteorological information acquisition equipment was developed,through sensor selection,hardware circuit design,embedded software design and development and structure design,the definition of data transmission protocol was researched,and the power supply scheme of "solar panel + battery" was completed and the meteorological information acquisition equipment which supported 9 types of meteorological elements collection and sensors can be flexibly configured was realized,which can be deployed in large farmland and facilities environment,as a complement to the existing meteorological observation system for providing accurate data sources of agrometeorological service of agricultural small environment.(2)The intelligent service platform of IoT which integrates meteorological information was researched and developed.the access methods of meteorological data,forecast data and disaster data which provided by CIMISS was researched,by making full use of the resources of the existing meteorological system,the data analysis flow of meteorological information acquisition equipment and the pushing actively service process based on user requirement were designed,and the platform database was completed design and development,according to the data management and module function division,the real-time data,historical data,statistical analysis,meteorological data query,meteorological monthly report and other functional modules were realized,and the data service platform with good functional expansion and public service support was established.(3)The intelligent early warning and guidance services based on meteorological and agricultural small environmental data was established,on the basis of the data service of the IoT intelligent service platform,the meteorological warning rule based on the meteorological disaster level standard and production knowledge base of growing environment with fusing the crop growth period,the user personalized meteorological early warning and production guidance demand acquisition module were developed,with intelligent matched and decided by system,the meteorological disasters actively early warning and meteorological production guidance actively service were constructed for centering on the demand of farmers,and a more targeted service model of agrometeorological was formed.(4)The pilot project of agrometeorological services was carried out for completing the verification of the results of this research,conjugating with the constructing demand of pilot project of agrometeorological service in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,18 sets of agricultural small environmental meteorological information acquisition equipment were deployed in 10 districts and counties of Ganzhou,and the "Intelligent Agrometeorological Service Platform of Ganzhou City" was deployed in the Meteorological Bureau of Ganzhou City.The necessity of individualized production environment warning and production guidance service was proved by taking Huiyang agricultural base as an example,through a one-year trial run,5.5 million meteorological data and 0.66 million IoT environmental information data had been accumulated,and 45000 personalized intelligent services had been provided to users,as a feasible verify for the research contents of this paper,which have been recognized by local meteorological departments and farmers and have good sustainability.
