Water resources are important resources necessary for the survival and reproduction of human beings,The relationship between it and social economy is becoming more and more close with the progress of human society.Urbanization and industrial structure are important parts of social economic,and they are closely related to each other.Anhui River Urban Belt as the first Economic Development Belt with Industry transfer as the theme in China,it's adjustment of industrial structure is under great pressure,and urbanization is also entering a period of rapid development.The development of both brings great pressure to the environment of water resources.Therefore,this paper takes the Wanjiang City belt as the research object.On the basis of the establishment of urbanization,industrial structure and water resource environment index system,the development of regional urbanization,industrial structure and water resources environment are analyzed in time and space.On the basis of this,the coordination relationship between the three systems is analyzedin time and space by using the coupling degree model.Then the interactive coupling mechanism between the three is studied by using the stepwise multivariate linear regression method.Finally,the following conclusions are reached(1)Time:Wanjiang City belt as a whole,it s development level of urbanization[0.0578,0.9245],dustrialstructure[0.0909,0.8694]and water resource environment[0.1065,0.8358]are show a trend of fluctuation.And the water resource environment is mostly influenced by natural factors,therefore greater volatility.The coordination degree among the three systems is at a high level,shows the strong correlation and coordination between systems.The development level of the system and the coordination relationship between each other determine the degree of coordinated development.A series of calculation shows that the coordinated development degree of urbanization,industrial structure and water resources environment of Wanjiang City Belt also showing a trend of rising volatility,according to the development trend and the numerical difference it can be divided into 5 stages:the stage of disorder(2000-2003),the primary stage of development(2004-2006),intermediate stage of coordinated development(2007-2010),good coordinated development stage(2011-2013),high quality coordinated development stage(2014-2015)(2)Space:There are development level differences in urbanization,industrial structure and water resources environment in 9 prefecture-level citie of Wanjiang City belt.according to the difference of the comprehensive index of the urbanization in different cities,it can be divided into low level urbanization(including Chuzhou,Lu'an,Xuancheng,Chizhou,Anqing 5 cities,composite index below 0.3)and the high level of the urbanization(including Hefei,Wuhu,Ma'anshan,Tongling 4 cities,composite index above 0.59)two types.According to the difference of the comprehensive index of industrial structure in different cities,it can be divided into lower level industrial structure(including Chuzhou,Anqing,Lu'an,the comprehensive index located in 0.19-0.21),low level industrial structure(including Xuancheng and Chizhou,the comprehensive index between 0.3-0.32),high level industrial structure(including Ma'anshan and Tongling,the comprehensive index between 0.48-0.62)and the higher level industrial structure(including Hefei and Wuhu,the comprehensive index above 0.65)four types of development.According to the difference of the comprehensive index of water resources environment in diffierent cities,it can be divided into low level of water resources environment(including Lu'an and Chuzhou,the comprehensive index from 0.25 to 0.4)and a high level of water resources environment(including Hefei,Ma'anshan,Wuhu,Xuancheng,Tongling,Chizhou,Anqing 7 cities,composite index located in 0.47-0.54).Thus the development level of the urbanization is polarized,The spatial difference of industrial structure development level is great,and that of water resources environment is smaller.Finally,the coordinated development degree,which is calculated according to the comprehensive index of urbanization,the industrial structure and water resources environment is quite different in space,and presents the spatial distribution characteristics of middle height,surrounding area and low.The coordinated development degree of Lu'an.Anqing and Chuzhou are less than 0.4,which belongs to Maladjustment stage;The coord:inated development degree of Xuancheng and Chizhou are between 0.4-0.5,which belongs to the primary stage of coordination,Ma'anshan and Tongling's coordinated development degree are from 0.55 to 0.73,which belongs to the middle stage of coordinated.The coordinated development degree of Wuhu and Hefei are higher than 0.73,which belongs to the stage of good coordinated development.(3)The interactive coupling mechanism of urbanization,industrial structure and water resources environment:In urbanization,the proportion of tertiary industry to GDP,the urbanization rate of population and the per capita disposable income of urban residents have a great influence on the industrial structure.And the population urbanization rate has the greatest impact on the water resources environment.In the industrial structure,the added value of tertiary industry,the proportion of import and export to GDP and the foreign direct investment per capita have the strongest effect on the urbanization level,while the added value of the tertiary industry per capita has the strongest effect on the water resources environment.The urban sewage treatment rate and the amount of 10000 yuan industrial wastewater discharge have the greatest impact on Urbanization in the water resources environment,while the urban sewage treatment rate,the urban water consumption rate and the 10000 yuan GDP water consumption have the greatest impact on the industrial structure.(4)Finally,according to the development of each city,the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions to coordinate the urbanization,the relationship between industrial structure and water resources environment in the urban belt of Anhui River.
