Performance appraisal is one of the important contents of modern human resource management and development.Establish weather forecasters performance appraisal index system is the key to establish scientific and reasonable index,index should be suitable for the industry,indicators for,sex,index after the meteorological strategy development,realize the weather forecasters objective,fair and effective evaluation system,to improve the department and even the weather forecast system innovations have a positive impact.By its uniqueness,whether at home or abroad,meteorological system of professional and technical personnel performance evaluation research is relatively small,the study of weather forecasters performance evaluation is more rare.But forecasters the stand or fall of performance appraisal,and the meteorological disaster forecast,weather,business,exhibition,meteorological system effect,growth strategy and to the weather forecast team construction work,its importance is self-evident.Before improving the performance evaluation index system of meteorological forecasters,this paper first studies the current assessment and obtains it.Several problems existing in the performance assessment of meteorological forecasters at present: the focus of the assessment is not clear and the target is obvious;The assessment indicator body is missing;The assessment system and methods are not perfect.In order to improve the weatherman performance appraisal index system,this paper will be the weather forecasters appraisal system range positioning in the basic indicators,operational indicators,research and learning.The subjects of the study were then located in the national meteorological center and eight regional meteorological centers engaged in meteorological forecasting related businesses.According to the present situation of appraisal system,the integrated use of literature analysis,expert consulting method,questionnaire survey,data collection methods,such as personal interview method,using the "method of key performance indicators" survey to power,to extract the weatherman performance evaluation indicators,to weather forecasters.Optimize the construction of performance appraisal index system.Using the data analysis method of "hierarchical analysis",the weight of each index in the performance evaluation index system of weather forecasters has been assigned.Weather system is established in this paper the weather forecaster as the research object,from the meteorological department characteristics of professional and technical work,to build a set of system,quantitative,objective and pertinence of performance evaluation index system,to improve perfect day weather system,gas forecasters performance appraisal work,is a bit of research on innovation.
