Lightning disaster is one of the ten most serious natural disasters in the world.Nanchang County is a highly vulnerable area,with frequent lightning activities.The losses caused by lightning disasters are also increasing,which poses a great threat to social and economic development.In order to reduce the loss of lightning disaster to people's life and property,the technical research on the monitoring and warning system of lightning monitoring and readiness system was carried out by the Ministry of agriculture of Nanchang County Meteorological Bureau and the Ministry of agriculture.At present,in the field of lightning weather monitoring and warning,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research work,mainly using mesoscale observation data,meteorological observation,lightning positioning and other observation data,as well as numerical forecast products.In related fields has been carried out a more detailed technical development and business operation.The research of lightning monitoring and warning is only carried out in China,such as storage,statistics and so on.The application of lightning warning GIS only takes vector graph as the background of the system.It is difficult to realize more complex functions such as spatial query and spatial analysis at a higher level.According to the actual situation of Nanchang County,this paper analyzes the overall demand,function requirement,system structure,platform management module and so on.The lightning monitoring network composed of lightning locator and atmospheric electric field meter is constructed reasonably in the whole area.All the lightning monitoring data are integrated,the system database is established,the lightning automatic identification,the forecast and warning,and the disaster assessment flow are established.Using the contribution of radar echo intensity,echo height and vertical integral liquid water content to the possibility and intensity of lightning occurrence,the probability of lightning occurrence and the lightning intensity in the next 1-2 hours can be obtained.According to the forecast results,the backstage service system outputs the forecast products of the thunderstorm affected area and the forecast products of thunderstorm fixed point in real time.The foreground service system synthetically uses GIS technology,visualization technology,weather disaster assessment and analysis technology to realize the functions of lightning monitoring,lightning comprehensive analysis,lightning warning early warning,lightning disaster statistical analysis and so on.To provide more accurate,comprehensive,professional,close to the actual lightning storm monitoring and early warning information for the public and lightning sensitive enterprises and institutions,provide technical support and platform support for lightning disaster investigation and analysis,lightning risk assessment,lightning disaster zoning.In order to solve the bottleneck of "one hour ahead"and "last kilometer" of lightning disaster warning information transmission effectively,a lightning monitoring,warning and warning system,which integrates lightning monitoring,comprehensive analysis,warning and statistical analysis,is constructed.The construction of the system will greatly improve the ability of the meteorological department of Nanchang county to deal with the lightning disaster,make the lightning monitoring,early warning and warning service system in Nanchang County from scratch,and fill the blank of the lightning monitoring,warning and preparedness service in our county.It fully supports the establishment and development of lightning business services,partly meets the social needs,effectively reduces the losses caused by lightning disasters,and some of the research results have better demonstration and promotion benefits in Jiangxi Province and its surrounding provinces.
