With the rapid progress of economic globalization,the economic cooperation between ASEAN members has been strengthened,and more and more Chinese enterprises have chosen direct investment in Laos.While increasing investment in Laos,multinational corporations must employ more Laos local employees in order to solve cultural conflicts and reduce investment costs.Laos' localization of human resources has become an active human resource policy adopted by major multinational companies.L travel company to implement human resources localization encountered five problems: the imbalance of staff structure in the process of localization;contradiction between performance appraisal and localization;incentive mechanism in the process of the localization of the lack of effective implementation of localization strategy;operation target and plan is not clear;the talent pool is not enough.There are four reasons for these problems: a small proportion of local staff and a lack of local management talents;Laos lack of understanding of performance appraisal,lack of effective communication and in-depth understanding of local culture,and lack of specific and feasible operation rules.In order to solve these problems,improve the implementation effect of L tourism company human resources localization,take the following measures: to increase the reserve of talents,pay attention to the localization of staff;focus on staff training,pay attention to the local staff to further accelerate the development of Laos;localization performance appraisal management;employee compensation and incentive mechanism to promote the localization of management can effectively retain talent.In fact,the localization is behind the identity of the local culture.We should see that the Lao market is maturing,Laos to achieve the internationalization of human resources management,do not have to copy a specific management mode,but should be based on the actual situation at that time the local integration and promote the comprehensive,is management innovation.
