In recent years,overexploitation has appeared in some areas of groundwater in Dehui.In order to ensure the sustainable economic development of the region,this paper is based on the project of"Dehui groundwater resource protection planning",with the guidance of"water resources planning standard"as the guidance to the comprehensive planning of the groundwater resources in Dehui.Based on the current water consumption,the water demand of Dehui City is predicted,and the multi-objective planning method is used to plan the groundwater use in Dehui City.The specific results are as follows:(1)Evaluation of groundwater resourcesUsing the equilibrium method,combining the landform and hydrogeological conditions,the groundwater resources calculation zoning is carried out,and the groundwater resources in Dehui are calculated.According to the results of the evaluation,the average groundwater resource in dehui city is 42837.51×10~4m~3,and the recoverable amount of groundwater is 28893.67×10~4m~3.(2)Assessment of groundwater environment qualityBased on groundwater quality standard(GB/14848-2017),256 groups of water samples in Dehui were analyzed by comprehensive evaluation of groundwater.The water quality of type I~III of groundwater in Dehui is 36.60%of the total water sample,and the water quality above class III accounts for 63.40%of the total water sample.The main pollution indexes of the groundwater are iron,manganese,ammonia nitrogen and TDS.The iron and manganese are influenced by the primary geological conditions,and the ammonia nitrogen and TDS are mostly caused by the pollution of human activities.(3)Water demand forecast and supply and demand balance analysis:Taking 2015 as the base year,combining the Dehui“13th Five-Year”development plan and the Dehui national economic statistics data(2011-2015),the economic development indexes of Dehui are predicted.The quota method is used to predict the water demand of the groundwater in Dehui.The forecast results show that the water demand of the groundwater in 2020 and 2030 is 27501.67×10~4m~3 and26778.88×10~4m~3.Through the analysis of supply and demand balance,in 2020 and2030,the residual of groundwater in Dehui is 1392.00×10~4m~3 and 2115.45×10~4m~3(4)Multi-objective planning:The multi-objective programming combined with ideal point method is used to plan the groundwater resources of Dehui city.The planning results show that the water shortage in Dehui is mainly agricultural water and industrial water,and the amount of water shortage is mainly concentrated in the urban area.In 2020,the amount of water shortage in Dehui was 5735.14×10~4m~3 and the water shortage of second production was 0.51×10~4m~3.In 2030,the water shortage in Dehui was 5996.24×10~4m~3 and the water shortage of second production was 2.11×10~4m~3.Based on the present situation of groundwater resources in Dehui,the balance analysis of supply and demand and the result of linear programming,the existing problems in the present stage of Dehui are put forward.The comprehensive planning of the groundwater resources in Dehui is carried out,and the three aspects of water supply,water and water saving are planned in the field of groundwater exploitation and utilization,and the key points of water resources protection are emphasized.The groundwater resources were planned from the perspective of water quality.In order to reduce the water shortage in the region,it is necessary to increase the water quantity of the surface water from outside of the study area and in the study area and redistribute the surface water resources in the study area.The specific planning of water allocation is as follows:in 2020,Dehui needs to save water by 3003.13×10~4m~3,and increase the water intake of 850×10~4m~3 in the local area.In 2030,6644.03×10~4m~3 of water needs to be saved,the increase of surface water intake in the region is850×10~4m~3.The results show that,in 2020,the area of water shortage in groundwater reduced the town of Song Hua Jiang and Cha Lu Kou,and there was no water shortage area in 2030.On the whole,the remaining water in dehui will be 6644.03×m~3 in 2020and 9881.34×10~4m~3 in 2030.
