A Research On Provincial Geological Park Tourism Planning

Geological heritage means during the long time evolution of the earth,A series of the scientific valuable,scarce and non-renewable geological natural heritage formatted dueing to various internal and external geological dynamic.It not only provided the functions of science and environmental education,but also promoted the economic development of regional tourism and display the local image.The tourism landscape facilities that is the most important fuctional landscape factors in the geopark is an important connecting link between man and environment.It also Carried the physical and chemical forms of the visitors' outdoor activities.Shankou Lake,as a kind of valuable geological heritage,play a very important role in the process for people to acquainte with the palaeogeography,paleoclimate and paleoenvironment.The Shankou Lake situated in the Wudalianchi City of Heilongjiang Province.As the mainstay of the scenic,the Shankou Lake contained many geological heritage such as volcanic rocks,sedimentary rock,wetlands and water landscape.The purpose of founding the Shankou Lake is to protect and develop the volcanic rocks geological heritage and mining their tourism value.This thesis can be divided into six parts.In the first part,we focus on the backgroud,purpose and significance and the advances in and out of China.We also descrebed the research method and proposed the flow of this research.In the second part,some conception about the geological park had been clarified.In the third part,some theory applied during exploring the value of the geological park had been clarified.In the forth part,we discussed the principles,methods and the program for planning and mining the geological park.In the fifth part,we applied all the theories menthioned above into the planning of the Shankou Lake scenic areas.In the last part of this thesis,we summarized a conclusion for the whole study.The provincial geological park Shankou Lake,has a unique geological landscape and variety of natural resources.It was very suitable for both research and tourism.So,in the developing process,it was very important to protect the geological heritage resources in order to build a featured geological heritage resources,rise the quality and improve the construction.As a result,a multiple function assembled tour sightseeing,science expedition,customs experience,ecological reunification and leisure holidays can be developed.In this study,we got the following conclusions:1)the theory framework of tourism planning research for the provincial geological park Shankou Lake was constructed by using the eco-tourism theory,tourist studies theory,ecological economics theory,geological science theory and geological landscape theory.2)Proposed the key principles for Geological Park Tourism Planning,that is protection priority,moderate development,coordinated with the relative planning,planning and layout,simplify the functional area,highlight the geological tourism zone and progressive development.These principles are valuable for a science,healthy and timeproof development of Geological Park tourism.3)Proposed the main approach for the Geological Park,that is landscape stability approach,The focal species approach and the green corridor approach.These approach pointed out the direction for the protection and development of geological park ecology landscape.4)Proposed the content of the appropriate to planning method based on the geological park tourism planning.These are important for the standardization of geological park tourism planning.5)For the construction and development of the provincial geological park Shankou Lake in Wudalianchi City,it was important to rely on both the geological heritage resources and the surrouding tourism resources integration for the purpose of accelerating the development of local tourism.The surrounding tourism resources of the provincial geological park Shankou Lake in Wudalianchi City was mainly based one the humanistic resources,complement each other with the natural resources.During developing the geological park,the central tourism resources were integrated with the surrounding resource in order to promote the development of tourism throughout this region.
