Vector geographic data has important military and economic value as a kind of basis of geographical information data,involving national security and social benefits.Safety protection of geographical information is an urgent problem.For a long time,there are various protection ways for vector geographic data,and most of them focus on encryption and information hiding technology,which existe the low concealment and capacity.The active camouflage technology not only focus on the security of the methods,but also enhance the confusion in the process of data storage transmission,which has more prominent advantages This paper researches the conceptual model of information camouflage,active camouflage methods and active camouflage performance evaluation with the characteristics of vector geographic data.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Research about the conceptual model of information camouflage for vector geographic data.Based on the application demands of information disguise,the paper establishes the conceptual camouflage model and makes it formalized expression.This paper establishes tne classification of information camouflage.On this basis,this paper analysis and summaries the requirement of active camouflage,principle based mimicry,scheme based on different granularty,and strategy based on different rules.(2)Research about active camouflage methods for vector geographic data.With the combination of the camouflage application and the characteristics of vector geographic data,the paper devised and realized three active camouflage methods Among them,the methods based on using camouflage measures for point geographic features,by setting up multiple false target points hiding the true one,which provides theoretical support for anti-military precision strikes and internal anti-phishing.The methods based on information divided-storage for line geographic features,keeping the recognized vector morphological characteristics and spatial direction relations,which provides technical support for information hiding and secure transmission.The methods based on precision controlled for the line and palne geographic features,controlled the precision camouflage,which solved the problem of precision degree of decryption.These proposed methods shows better performance,avoids the capacity problem in steganography,and meets the manifold applications for vector geographic data to some extent.(3)Research about active camouflage performance evaluation method for vector geographic data.This paper establishes camouflage performance evaluation system,it focused on the methods of imperceptibility performance based on the subjective sight,the methods of undetectable performance based on the truth and difference degree,the methods of reversibility performance based on the error of mean square.Finally,prototype experiments and performance analysis have been realized for the methods.The experiments results show that the above parameters can express the disguise performance for vector geographic data effectively.
