Car extension means a longer warranty service for the covered model,extended on the basis of the original warranty period,which is a vehicle failure due to the product's own problem and can continue to be enjoyed during the extended warranty period Original warranty service.In the face of the new developments in the automotive industry,JD companies follow the trend of the times,the official launch of the customer extended warranty project,since the JD company launched a customer extension project,through the 4S shop to promote the effect of the project has been tepid,Encountered difficulties in selling,contribute a lot but the outcome is not the predicament.This article is in this context,launched on the M car 4S shop extension project research,with a view to the use of WBS work decomposition structure method,a detailed analysis of the composition of the project,organizational structure and other issues,on the basis of the combination of consumer demand,The division of the business category,the final analysis of the proposed car 4S shop extension project operation plan for the 4S shop in the implementation of car extension project to provide some suggestions to promote the project extended to the market.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.The second chapter mainly elaborates the related theories of the research.Mainly to elaborate the theory of car extension service,clarify the concept of car extension service,the domestic car extension project category,the implementation of car extension on the pros and cons of the relevant participants.As well as project risk management theory,mainly related to the concept of project risk management,methods and processes.Followed by the JD 4S shop large customer extension service items of the common problems were collected,and finally identified the extension of service project risk identification methods,processes,and the risk of the project risk of a clear and classified.The fourth chapter is mainly JD company 4S shop big customer extension service project risk evaluation.Finally,the risk factors of the extended customer service of 4S shop are sorted and ranked.The fifth chapter is JD company 4S shop big customer extension service project risk prevention.The sixth chapter is to draw the conclusion of the study and look to the future.Through the risk identification,we obtain the risk factors of 11 kinds of 11 kinds of extended service items,and the risk factors are divided into seven levels after the risk assessment.The first level has extended warranty service concept is unclear,positioning are not allowed;the second level has extended warranty service marketing model is not correct;the third level there is a lack of strict maintenance service providers to protect,service parts storage and transportation,shipping inspection Lack of effective supervision,extended warranty service feedback process length;the fourth level of the press extended warranty service providers to extend the service profits;the fifth level of defective parts design;the sixth level 4S shop itself to solve the problem is not enough,Rewards and punishments system is imperfect,extended warranty service market is estimated that the spare parts are not sufficient;the seventh level of the extension of service providers is not enough training.This paper puts forward the risk response measures.
