Research On Management Evaluation System And Performance Evaluation For TY Water Enterprise Integrated Management System

The integrated management system encourages organizations to adopt approaches in the development and implementation of management systems,identify and manage the interrelated activities,manage、 monitor and control continuously the interrelated activities,for achieving all the goals of the organization(including the product quality,environmental performance,occupational health).Therefore,the management system is beneficial to the company to get its goals and meet the social needs.This paper analyzes some problems in the process of company,using the methods of literature、qualitative and quantitative methods、expert interviews and questionnaire,and the evaluation system consists of three levels: the quality management system certification,the occupational health and safety management system certification,environmental management system certification.Through the establishment of the evaluation system,(1)system standard application to promote the implementation of fine managementStrengthen the internal control and the asset management,revised the department responsibilities and work standards,job responsibilities and authority to further refine.In the application of quality management system based on the application of other management systems,not only conducive to improving the competitiveness of enterprises,but also concerned about the body of workers,concerned about social responsibility,environmental performance.(2)the importance of leadership to determine the system application effectThe role of leadership plays a leading role in the establishment,implementation,maintenance and continuous improvement of the system.The results of the integrated management system evaluation index system show that the higher the leadership attention,the better the management system in the enterprise application,the higher the participation of the employees in the activities,and vice verse.(3)the lack of process supervision to achieve the results of the implementationAn integrated management system is an interrelated process that effectively monitors each process and can achieve consistent and predictable results more effectively.Especially in the area of safe regulation,temporary oversight and paralysis of safe conduct are likely to cause irreparable damage.
