Nowadays, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) has a very broad market in China, which has a big population. This industry plays an important role in Chinese national economy. However, the fast consumption industry in our country has already reached a mature level and the profit is very low, the competition in this market very fierce. If the companies in fast consumption industry want to win in the competition, they should pay more attention than before in supply chain's total cost and the management on the warehouse at every single point in the chain, not only in the cost of transporting.This essay first states the meaning and purpose of the research, introduces the background of fast consumption industry and its logistics'characteristics. Through the understanding about the PepsiCo Beverages (Guangzhou) Limited Hubei Branch, analyzes deeply the current status of this company's logistics operation and its related problems. Then, it researches the company's logistics management with related management knowledge, logistics and supply chain management theory. According to its current situation, this essay analyzes completely the problems on every point of its supply chain, which is composed of processing plants, Hubei Branch and dealers, and those on supply chain cooperative operation played by 3PL. Based on the research to the operation mode of fast consumption's logistics market, this essay figures out corresponding strategy to improve the PepsiCo Beverages Limited Hubei Branch's logistics operation and suggestions to develop it. At last, this paper further analyzes this company's logistics management under the future state of development with logistics knowledge and supply chain management technology.The related research method, means to solve the problems and returns can be reference to other fast consumption production companies and similar traditional enterprises.
