As science and technology progress,the mode of social production and the way of human life are rapid changing.This change,in fact,is the changing of market demand.No matter how big the change in market demand is,it is ultimately a matter of quality,cost and efficiency.How can enterprises provide timely and affordable services to customers at the same time that they can make reasonable profits? The answer to this question is largely a matter of determination and process management.The process is the product of division of labor,so it must directly affect the efficiency and quality of work.Because enterprise is actually the combination of various processes,in order to guarantee the quality and efficiency of business operation,must pay attention to the construction and management process,the process in a state of reasonable design.Process is the foundation of enterprise operation and the core of process management.All activities in an enterprise need to be carried out through a certain process.Each department and staff pass the information through the process channel in a certain order,just like the biological nervous system,and then return the result of feedback to the relevant department or person.Between the enterprise and the enterprise,between the Department and the Department,between the personnel and the personnel,is relies on certain process to cooperate with each other movement,in the process has the corresponding data,takes the record.If the flow is not smooth,it will inevitably lead to poor operation of enterprises.For small and medium-sized enterprises,because of its small number of personnel,the company structure is relatively simple,and often ignore the management of the process.No standard process,resulting in uneven quality products,inefficient,rework and delay problems highlighted,so that the original profit margins of small and medium-sized enterprises worse.Fishbone diagram and 5W2 H analysis of process management in J leads to the delay of delivery,rework and low efficiency of diagnosis in this paper,and put forward the scheme and process optimization tools,hoping to provide a reference and ideas for other small and medium-sized enterprise process management.
