Various products has been playing a part in international competition as global progression intensified in our country in the 21st century taken as quality times, quality problem become a main barrier when home products develop more in overseas and top market, but the present condition in manufacture and quality management is still unpromising.We will discuss the basic demands about setting up the quality management system(QMS) in a enterprise, including main demands for a medium or small company to set up QMS and foundations in quality management.According to present situation of quality management and its problems in a medium or small company we bring up a frame that QMS includes three foundations--- quality management, quality inspect and measurement management in this thesis. We will analyze them deeply by combining theory and practice, knowing what kinds of work needed by theory and understanding how to do them by practical in A company condition. Analyzes put on every part base on real demands for company function and exceed them at some degree. Basic content of this thesis involves groundwork to support quality management , for example analyzing on quality problems out of market and production process, basic frame of quality inspect, and basic demands on measurement management. Forward position and methods being promoted like APQP and Six Sigma is introduced exceeding present demand. we will take the situation of A company as the example to show how to practice in quality management, quality inspect and measurement management.It will make an effective progress on quality management and provide the direction of improvement in A company to analyze on QMS systematically. we hope what we do in this thesis could be taken an good case to help medium or small companies to set up QMS and improve their quality management.
