| Along with society’s unceasing progress, people enhance the consciousness, and "people" in the enterprise competition status gradually prominent, how to improve the quality of staff training, competitive, able to adapt to the excellent staff of internal and external environment of each enterprise in the active pursuit of goals. Social psychology perspective and provides a new idea for enterprises to improve the quality of staff efforts, if they can be related to the theory of social psychology in practice application and continuously enriched and improved, can inspire the potential of employees and psychological self-healing mechanism, promote employee self promotion at the same time brings to the enterprise development power.In view of the status quo and characteristics of China’s small and medium enterprises employees incentive problems, this paper takes the M company as foundation, combining with the practice in M company, on the basis of the existing research results, based on relevant theories of psychology as the theoretical foundation, through the integrated use of the literature method, example method, interview and so on China’s present stage, promotion staff quality level of small and medium-sized enterprises to do the system research.This paper is divided into five chapters of contents, issues, and promote the staff quality of medium and small enterprises. The first chapter introduces the background, the research goal and the significance, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the innovative points of this paper and the structure of the article, discusses the importance of enhancing the quality of staff of small and medium enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises will be applied to the feasibility and practical significance to enhance the quality of employees principles of psychology. The second chapter focuses on the concept of psychology has important influence on enhancing the quality of staff and related theory, focuses on the analysis of the influence of personality traits, motivation, self awareness, interpersonal relationship, the subconscious to employees bring, and provide a theoretical basis to explore the establishment of enhancing the quality of staff. The third chapter analyzes the problems commonly existing in the present quality of employees in small and medium sized enterprises including liquidity strong, serious corruption, lack of loyalty problems, analyzed the social reasons, now the business and employee personal reasons cause. The fourth chapter takes M company as an example, through the survey method, interview method, analyzing the current small and medium-sized enterprise staff quality status and employees’ psychological state, reveals the different psychological to employees bring different management style feeling, and results of analysis of interactive effects between supervisors and, in order to improve the enterprise management mode, enhancing the quality of staff, to provide practical basis. The fifth chapter explores the principles of psychology into the management process through a new mode of improving quality of the staff to establish the social psychology perspective, including the formation of personality according to demand innovation incentive means, drive the concept of change, adjust the notion of self correcting employees attitude, stimulate the subconscious to stimulate potential employees, effective communication of human management to enterprise, carry out psychological aid condensation heart by habits, to improve employees’ emotions and a series of management measures of interaction, improving personnel quality mode to promote each other, in order to achieve the desired effect. |
