With the rapid development of our country's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people's demand for tourism consumption has also been further improved.And the consumption demand of tourists is gradually showing strong individual color and obvious differences.Therefore,tourism enterprises need to use personalized tailor-made travel to meet the diverse needs of tourists.At present,the development of tailor-made travel in our country is in the transition from market introduction period to development period.And the experience consumption is paid more and more attention by people,bringing the experience value to consumers as well as becoming a new value demand.This article takes Shanxi China Youth Travel Service as the case analysis object,through the questionnaire and the analysis of company operation,takes the experience value theory as the foundation,analyzes the generation mechanism of customer experience value,unifies the concept model,seeks the causal model of consumer experience value,enriches the quantitative study of customer experience value so that the theory of experience value in personalized tailor-made travel can be verified.Through the research of the combination of individualized tourism and experience value,this paper examines the matching of the experience value factors and the individualized tailor-made travel,and the effect on consumer consumption behavior.Besides that,the paper also analyzes the case of Shanxi China Youth Travel Service in Province,putting forward the promotion strategy of individualized tailor-made travel and the experience value factors to provide the theoretical basis for the enterprise in formulating individualized tailor-made travel products.(1)It is important to provide a unique tourist environment for consumers.(2)Travel companies will find that even they design a perfect personalized tourism product,they must present it with a high standard of service,and try their best to meet consumers' personalized customization needs to ensure that consumers have a good travel experience.(3)The emergence of individualized tourism projects needs tourism enterprises to communication with consumers,and make consumers fully participate in all aspects of product customization.Whether in the design stage of individualized tourism products or in the process of tourism,the company can reap the interactive experience of tourists.(4)Adding some characteristic tourism items for tourists to choose,so that consumers can enjoy the fun of the tourism's quality and also can avoid the tourists have big disappointment to their own expectations.(5)In the process of individualized customized tourism products,the company should respect tourists as the basic condition for tourism housekeepers to provide services to consumers.Therefore,tourism housekeepers must respect tourists and make them feel self-fulfilling so that tourists can get a great deal of psychological satisfaction.With the continuous development of the tourism industry and the deepening of the study of the experience value,the research on the influence factors of the individualized tourism experience value will be more specific in the future.There will be some references for tourism enterprises to make customize tourism.
