As a new driving force of urban development in China,the construction of smart cities has become an important engine to promote new-type urbanization and build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.At present,the construction of smart city has developed into a mainstream industry with a trillion imagination space.But the current domestic market of smart city construction is of individual character.Ther e are thousands of relevant companies with all sizes.Most of them are local system integrator with smaller size that mainly rely on local business development.The market share of those few that possess the national expansion ability is not high.Enjoyor Co.,ltd,as the pioneer of the industry,has been focusing on smart city construction and management,intelligent transportation,medical and other industries in developing intelligent biosphere business over the years and has accumulated rich experience and practical cases.Challenges and opportunities coexist in facing the great timing for constructing smart cities.How to develop the smart ecosphere business of Enjoyor Co.,ltd has become an urgent issue to be solved in the sustainable developmentof the company.Enjoyor Co.,ltd.is the research object of this paper.It examines the relevant theories of strategic management and smart city.It analyzes the external environment of intelligent biosphere by using the PEST analysis method and then applies Michael Porter’s five pillars analysis model to analyze the industry environment of smart city construction.After that,it does both qualitative analysis on the internal environment of intelligent biosphere business.,ltd.with SOWT analytic method and quant itative analysis of the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats with EFE,IFE matrix.It then discusses the main problems that exit in the intelligent biosphere business based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis and put forward the strategies that Enjoyor Co.,ltd.should adopt.Then it further clarifies the business development orientation and specific implementation methods and finally illustrate the implementation of the strategy of security from three aspects o f organization structure,personnel security,enterprise culture of the company.This paper examines Enjoyor Co.,ltd with the knowledge of strategic management,applies qualitative and quantitative methods as the demonstration process and puts forward the strategic model that the business can adopt in the future.At the same time,as Enjoyor Co.,ltd possesses certain industry representativeness,the strategy formulated for the company can provide reference information for other relevant enterprises.
