With the global economic integration,the advent of China's new economic normality,the disappearance of demographic dividends,rising labor costs,rising raw materials,consumption escalation,and the impact of the Internet,companies are increasingly intensifying their competitive pressures and are seeking strategic transformation.Strategic transformation will inevitably cause entrepreneurs to think about the business model and performance issues,especially how to establish a set of performance assessment system to adapt to the company's own development.The above-mentioned problems also exist in the marketing department of JT company analyzed in this paper.The current performance evaluation system has been seriously discomforted with the market environment and the company's own development,which also greatly reduces the subjective initiative of the marketers.In the course of continuous exploration of the company,JT company managers decided to introduce some management concepts of Amoeba in the performance evaluation system of the marketing department,and to improve their self-driven ability and enthusiasm through effective participation of employees directly in the entire business process,and to achieve effective Improve the marketing performance of JT's marketing department.Amoeba business model is characterized by the use of "Amoeba" as a standard accounting unit,through the independent accounting of small-scale business units,to achieve the entire staff involved in the entire operation process.In the constant exploration and practice of Chinese enterprises,many entrepreneurs have already introduced the Amoeba business model,such as the "three-three group system" of Handu's clothing houses and the "self-managed body" of Haier Group.Based on this,this article first discusses the related theories of performance appraisal and the achievements made at home and abroad,and then elaborates on the origin,connotation,practice and application of Amoeba management,and then analyzes the current implementation of JT company performance appraisal system in the marketing department.,And through questionnaires and other methods to sum up the existing problems in the JT company's marketing department,and explain the root causes of the formation of these issues.Finally,analyze the feasibility of introducing the Ameri-bar operations into the marketing department performance appraisal system,and restructure the company's organizational structure,and design the marketing unit unit time accounting table,based on which the company-level,marketing and client managers Assessment indicators and standards were redesigned and solutions proposed.The solution proposed in this paper proposes a substantive operation plan for the performance level of the employees of the marketing department of JT,which helps to improve the competitiveness of the marketing department based on the Amoeba model in the financial market,and also hopes to pass Ami.The Pakistani business model was successfully introduced into the JT company's marketing department's performance appraisal system,and it played a role in reference to other small loan companies in the financial industry.
