The organizational form of the enterprise is constantly changing due to the variability and complexity of the market and the change of the macro environment and the strategic layout of the competitors in the same industry.Therefore,the enterprise manager must ensure that the development strategy of the enterprise conforms to the current rapidly changing market competition environment.The amoeba model has been widely introduced in China in recent years after the successful application of Kyocera.Amoeba model split large groups into a little strategic business unit,the leader of the amoeba is responsible for the operation of amoeba.Therefore,by researching the application of amoeba manage model in DX company,the thesis analyzes how the performance evaluation system could adapt to the amoeba model.At the same time by analyzing DX company problems in the current performance evaluation system,put forward measures and Suggestions to improve the performance appraisal system,establish a new performance evaluation system for DX company provides guidance idea,at the same time,our country small and medium-sized enterprise application amoeba model for reference.The thesis firstly generalizes the of domestic and foreign related research literature summary,expounds related concepts,definitions,and the composition of enterprise performance evaluation system and procedures,and understanding of the performance evaluation system of the operation process;Secondly,On the basis of the organizational structure of DX company,the composition of human resources and the operation characteristics of the company in the communication industry and so on,analyze the present performance evaluation system in amoeba problems existing in the management mode of the DX company listed on the stock market in January 2014 and after the difficult enterprise transformation.Through analysis,DX communication company currently has problems such as poor performance evaluation,unreasonable key performance index,lack of evaluation communication and feedback,and the loose process of evaluation,To solve these problems,the thesis finally solve by improving the employee to improve the performance evaluation of operating environment,through such methods as analytic hierarchy process to establish the amoeba at the level of performance evaluation indicators and combine the unit time value table to ensure the rationality of the index,by making a scientific evaluation standard,thereasonable evaluation plan to improve the standardization of the evaluation process.Finally,it is suggested that DX communication company should strengthen the application of performance evaluation.
