With the rapid development of crowdsourcing and the popularity of mobile smart devices in recent years,mobile crowdsourcing applications have mushroomed.As a very important part of the logistics system,intra-city express has been developing rapidly in recent years.By combining the idea of crowdsourcing and intra-city express,a new type of crowdsourced logistics business model by utilizing the city vehicle volume to “transport” express parcels achieves the express and economical transportation of express parcels in the city.This article mainly takes the crowdsourcing logistics business model as the research background,and conducts in-depth research from the perspective of express delivery site planning and crowdsourcing incentive mechanism.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1)Acquire an alternative set of express delivery sites based on cell phone signalling data.By taking the population density and traffic volume as the main reference factors for courier site planning in crowdsourced logistics mode,the user's stay point area center and vehicle density center are extracted using mobile phone signalling data,and a user stay point acquisition algorithm based on DBSCAN is proposed.And vehicle density point acquisition algorithm,and through simulation experiments to verify the superiority of the algorithm.Finally,a set of alternative delivery sites is obtained through the delivery site candidate set acquisition algorithm.2)Created a logistics site planning model.With the goal of minimizing the overall cost of building a station and minimizing the total cost of delivering courier parcels to the site,and the ability to serve as many users as possible,a planning model for express delivery sites was created to use the mobile phone signaling data for the alternative set of express delivery sites.Acquire,combine with the actual investigation and obtained the station establishment budget information and the user demand point data,designs the genetic algorithm to solve this model,finally obtains the suggestion establishment station site.3)A multi-package incentive model was proposed and a crowdsourcing logistics platform was implemented.This thesis proposes a multi-package incentive model.The model is divided into two phases.In the first phase,the winner selection algorithm is proposed.Under the condition of satisfying the time validity,the vehicle users participating in bidding are selected.The second stage calculates the appropriate return value for the vehicle user who wins the express package task by proposing a payment decision algorithm.Next,this thesis designs and conducts a simulation experiment,and compares it with the Msensing incentive mechanism to verify the superiority of the multi-package incentive model in improving platform revenue value and user satisfaction.Finally,the thesis designs and implements the system of crowdsourcing logistics platform.
